Description: Before the collapse of the One Sith Empire, before A’sharad had left the One Sith for the First Order, he had ransacked multiple armouries for weapons that would give him an advantage against any other force users that he encountered on his escape from the failing galactic power. Trailing from Prakith and all the way to his family’s home on Tantorus, once a planet of the One Sith, he had acquired the tools he required to protect himself from other force users, yet, they never had a use. These weapons came in the form of Yuuzhan Vong weapons, incapable of being sensed through the Force.
Continuing with that theme of equipment being incapable of sensed by the Force, A'sharad's people in Vitiate had coated the armour in Nullification Resin. Known for dampening the Force, it maintains three grades of nullifying the Force. In regards to this resin, it weakened A'sharad's connection to the Force and disallowed him from utilizing more powerful abilities in the Force which was hardly a problem considering he more or less used telekinesis and used the Force to enhance his physical prowess. However, it did dampen his ability of feeling for ambushes, and thus his danger sense was lowered. Still, this meant that abilities that were coming towards him were also dampened, but would still strike with some force depending on their output. Due to it being a resin of some sort, heat, specifically fires are a good way of removing the resin coating.
Built with the intent of instilling fear into his opponents, as the forefront of the First Order's expansion, at least in the sense for the Military, A'sharad's armour was to give the impression of being impregnable from all forms of attack ranging from the Force, to kinetic attacks. Sacrificing a degree of his own abilities was necessary to provide an added level of protection.
