Description:

The Serpent Slaver is a droid built by Graug forgers for the explicit purpose of slave control and slave yard security. Based off of ancient Graug legends of demonic serpents who ran slave pits in hell, these droids are designed for optimal fear factor and mercilessness to keep the hordes of Graug slaves in-line. Equipped with their specially designed Vibrogauntlets, these droids impale restless slaves; draining their blood into a chamber built into the same arm. Once the proper amount of bodily fluid has been drained into the chamber, the built beam weapon (based off of Geonosian design) will concentrate the blood into a highly concentrated crimson beam of energy.

If either of these weapons fail, the droid has the ability to use a drill on the end of its tail to impale and cut enemies. It is this same drill that allows the droid to dig underground and lie in wait to spy on slaves or enemies of the Graug by leaving portions of their body slightly protruded from the ground (as their body is covered by several photosensors). The ability for the droids to do this is yet another fear incentive for slaves to obey their masters at all times, for they can never truly know when they are being watched by these menacing droids. It also important to note that these droids are programmed with masculine personalities that continuously taunt and threaten slaves as they work.

Yet, for all of this droids strengths in the overseeing of slaves it has strong weaknesses. In battle, this droid's only true way of combat is by hiding underneath the surface and surprising the enemy with stealth. This would be different if it weren't for the Graug's mediocre droid abilities. These droids, while ruthless and armed with a powerful weapon, are extremely ill armored and slow above surface. Tracks on the tail of the droid pull the machine across the surface of a world in a similar manner of a tank, but the tracks are slow when dealing with surface ground. If these droids wished to move faster, they would need the assistance of their arms which immediately makes their weapons a much smaller threat.

Numbers and fear are what truly make these droids strong, making them excellent slavers and unconventional fighters but poor infantry troops.
