- + Philosophical Discipline:
Grant has lived the life of a Jedi disciple since he was a kid. As such he is educated, composed, mostly social, and resourceful. One might venture towards 'dangerous' as well.

- Grant was raised a man of practicality and always assumes the worst. He is comfortable around scoundrels and vixens, and generally weary of priests and preachers. His home and peace of mind is found amongst the quiet solace of the never-ending star ocean.

- Grant was raised with an understanding of nature's cruel chaos and luck's fickle fate. The Will of the Force aside these days, he believes that a man's destiny is what you make of it. Forged by choice and only suggested by providence. He understands well that the life of a good man often builds itself towards hard-won prosperity or towards a violent and bloody end. He has prepared for both.

- Grant doesn't care much for xenophobic politicians or their fascist rhetoric but he doesn't particularly like aliens either. To him, every faction is out to win it big and every church a casino playing the odds. The universe has good people in it but they're probably a minority. No matter who is paying his bills, he always assumes the worst from everybody. And that's kept him pretty safe, if lonely; thus far.

- Grant favors the lightsaber in Form V. As with all Jedi Knights, it has become a beautiful and fluid extension of his own body.

- Unlike some religious practitioners of the past. Grant has embraced the social necessity of feeding, clothing, and providing transportation and shelter for himself and others. He earns money through adventure, book writing, and honest labor.
[*]+ He's had his Shots:
- Like many wayfarers who travel the star, Grant has received multiple medical treatments to increase his immune system's resistance to biological illnesses and alien environments.
[*]+ A Captain's Experience:
- Grant his been piloting for a long time. Even had a few crews working underneath him as well. He knows what kid of person it takes to get the job done and he's not worried about getting his hands dirty to accomplish it. He'll lead men into any kind of situation or battle. Though, probably losing his temper along the way.
[*]+ - Cat Allergies:
- Grant is not actually allergic to Cats. But that's what he tells everybody who owns them. He might even sneeze a few times to keep up appearances. He's more of a dog guy, I guess.
[*]- Fear of Birds:
- Not the little ones. The really, really big ones. Grant is terrified of avian creatures larger than himself.
[*]- Broken Knee
- Grant has broken his right knee a few times. Some from falls, rooftops, and some others on the battlefield. Even fully healed with the latest in technology, it never quite bounces back like they used to.
[*]- Sleeping Gas
- Grant has an acute weakness to Sleeping Gas. Medical science has yet to determine why.

- Grant is just okay while piloting. He will probably never be able to out-fly an Ace.

SHORT BIOGRAPHY:
- Childhood:
Grant was born on Coruscant during the Long Night of Plague. Trained and educated as a Jedi Apprentice to a shadowy Kel-Dorn Acolyte, Grant grew up a little rougher than most kids. His pees were bullies, his environment was dangerous, and his parental supervision was almost nonexistent. Only his grasp of the Jedi religion kept his head on this shoulders when all other kids would have faltered. He owes his life and his good judgement to the Force and it's teachings alone. - Now at the age of thirty, he is well beyond ready to graduate amongst her peers and prove himself a Jedi Knight to the last. Resurrecting Coruscant and forging a New Republic would be the first of many challenges that he and Karen Roberts would tackle together.
[*]Early Adventures:
- Grant followed Karen where ever she went. Her shadow, shield, and helpful friend. From Coruscant to Tython, Corellia to Fondor, Zeltros to the Outer Rims; Grant has been around to witness it all. If only as the piloting scoundrel.
- Corellian Knights:
Pushed out of retirement with the invasion of Akala's Netherworld Realm, Karen and Grant were forced to relocate to Fondor and sell their bar. Once again our troubled heroes were forging a new life out of the ashes of the old.
ABOUT THE CHARACTER:
- Grant was created in the Summer of 2013 when his writer first joined the boards. He was an NPC character created specifically for SWRP Chaos at the time. Primarily intended as a partner for his wife, then girlfriend. However, as the board evolved over the course of the next few months, Grant got pushed into the background. Today his writer aims to change that.
