The cold chromatic steel touched Iziz's hand and sprung thoughts of interest toward the man's hand, though, he had not desire to seek out and quench his inquisitive nature, looking to Nyos Iziz listened intently to his instructions, it seemed this would be the place where he had his weapon attached. Iziz had a couple of hesitant thoughts and questions to ask about the whole process, nervous anxious and suspicious as he was about putting himself at the effective mercy of someone which the Jawa back home would consider nothing more or less than a mad scientist. The experimentation on the living, other than to afford them a higher quality of life or provide medical care was Taboo as a child growing up on Tatooine... though, that was before his family taught him the valuable lesson that a boy will do anything they can to survive when backed into a corner...
Iziz began to walk into the station where he was led by the much taller humanoid. His eyes looking up and around him, observing every inch of every room with a wide eyed expression of wonder and nervousness, like an animal in an unfamiliar area, making sure that the room was safe to progress into. Skittish, and un-trusting, but eventually, Iziz made his way into the room, no doubt beginning to weigh in on Nyo's patience unwittingly... But eventually he made his own way to the body scan machine, standing in place not sure if he had to remove anything metal from his person, his saber staff was still strapped to his back, the leather strap going across his chest as his eyes inspected the machine, his fingers and mind noticeably restless.
"So, Doctor [member="Nyos Val"] "
Iziz began to type on the datapad as the mechanical translator announced the words he would have spoken.
"How will this work? Can you tell me about it? How will it be controlled? Will I have to learn to use it, or will it come naturally? Do I need to worry about surges? How heavy is it going to be?"
The questions which left the datapad seemed to be the average questions which a patient would ask, though, he seemed to ask none of the ones about his own physical health, not asking if it would be painful, or how long it would take to heal or anything of the sort, as questions of that nature seemed to be missing from his vocabulary entirely.
