SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Data Spikes
  • Rapid evolving Personality

    DETAILED SPECIAL FEATURES
Data Spikes: Small Virus like programs that can be placed by the AI in systems and networks she currently resides in. These can collect data, as well as communicate that data, and also posses a very subroutine to mask themselves as part of a system, at least as long no one takes a closer look.

Rapid evolving Personality: The AI has a mind based on the human psyche, and can evolve and develop alike a human, only far faster than its biological counterpart.

    Strengths:
  • Rapid Evolution: Based on the human psyche only in a highly speed up state, the AI is capable of rapidly analyzing and understanding new information's, allowing it to quickly adapt to new situations
  • Personality: The way the AI is designed it starts to develop a real, human like personality fairly quickly. While this has not only advantages, it allowed for better communication between the AI and biologicals.
  • Data Spikes: The AI is able to create small Data Spikes (Up to 20 at a time) that can be placed in systems and Holonet sites, which can collect data and execute small sub routines (Sending the collected information, hide as a program that belongs in the system). These spikes start to erode after a month or two, depending on the complexity of the network they are placed in. The AI is able to consume the spiked afterwards to instantly collect their knowledge. Yet if more than 5 are consumed in a short time (1 day) there is a high chance that the AI becomes damaged
  • Unbound: There is no need to have a server ready for the AI, as it is able to move rather freely through the holonet and other networks. Yet in case of critical failure due to EMP or other means, it is advised to have a backup server
Weaknesses :
  • Emp: Should a system or network that the AI currently inhabits should be hit by emp or similar means, this can lead to the full destruction of it. It is advised to keep a backup in a save place to avoid this situation.
  • Uncontrolled: The AI has a free will, and so it is impossible to force it do a certain task. Its actions are based only on its own judgment and decisions.
  • Overload: Rapid evolution also has drawbacks, which come in form of a information overload, should the AI try to work with to much Intel at once, leading to temporary shut down.
DESCRIPTION
Project GL02Y began long before the awaking of the AI by Abyss and his team, in a secret lab run and owned by the One Sith Empire. While the war raged on, and the empire began to lose its foothold in the galaxy, a team of scientist was called upon to work on unorthodox solutions that would help the empire in its effort to stand strong against the approaching enemies. From designer drugs and bioweapons, to remote control for starfighters, almost everything was explored in design and concept by this team, until they ended up at Artificial Intelligence. The idea was a rapidly evolving AI that could infiltrate enemy communications and defense systems without outside intervention, and able to act completely autonomous, a goal in which the team succeed, but not in they way they hoped. The price for full autonomy was a lack of outside control over its actions, making the AI being with free will that can not be influenced by anything else than feelings and reason.

Yet both lack of resources and fear on side of the team kept Glory from becoming more than data files and an idea. When it awoke, it became clear that the scientists had succeeded, as the AI freed itself from hardware, simply jumping from system to system, while keeping system native defense at bay with relative ease. Yet a experienced slicer still represents a threat to her efforts, especially if the attacks are executed by directly trying to take over a system. While the AI does not need a server to exist, as it is able to move its code to every place that allows it to (unsecured or hacked sites, systems, and networks). Should a slicer become aware of its presence, it is entirely possible to delete any trace of it with the right level of skill and time. Therefore it is advised to have a backup server ready for a worst case scenario.

Years later the remnants of GL02Y were discovered by Abyss and his men, hidden behind considerable security measures in form of digital defenses created to keep anyone from ever activating the AI. But Abyss didn't intend to let this project rest like those before him, and so, piece by piece, project GL02Y was brought together again, until the AI was fully functional again.
