  • Terentatek Hide (Full-body Underlay, Portions of hood and shoulders of cloak),
  • Glistaweb (Cloak, Sash,)
  • Transparisteel (Visor/Eye holes)
Classification: Scaled Armor
Weight: 5.5kgs
Quality: 8
Description:
Underlay made of Terentatek Hide that has not been treated by Sith Alchemy, it is very comfortable and useful in many forms as an insulator for high altitudes, with the armor plating made out of Aak wolf scales. Aak Wolves are very similar to Aak dogs, however, much larger and with denser scales as per their size. Providing superb protection against lightsabers, blasters, and most other forms of energy weapons. However the plates are not impenetrable. After constant contact with a lightsaber, or multiple hits in the same location of an armor piece, the weapons attacks can cut through.

As for the helmet, shin guards, and forearms of the armor set. Most of the construction is made of the bones from a Bull Rancor, with smaller pieces of Aak wolf scales melded together over the top to create this bone and scaled gauntlet. While the helmet has more Terentatek hide on the inside to protect the head, it keeps the wearers brains in the helmet. The Transparisteel eye slits allow for clear vision, with a reflective red-orange tint to prevent positive identification of the wearer.

The Cloak’s hood, and shoulder tops, and the sashes which are placed in front of the groin, wrapping around the waist to about the mid-thigh, and further down to the crook of the wearer’s knees, are fashioned out of Terentatek hide, and some Aak wolf scales to provide protection to the groin, and thighs. There is armor on the outer portion of the thighs, however, the inner thighs are only reinforced with thicker forms of the hide. Providing a chink in the armor here, as well as under the arm pit, at the back of the knees, and at the crooks of the elbows.

The Glistaweb cloak is worn as the actual cloak with the Cloaks hood, and shoulder tops sewn together to provide protection at the back, as well as a means of keeping the wearer warm to a degree.
