Description: The GHX-27 is a Semi to Fully automatic assault carbine that utilizes the 5.56x45 millimeter projectile round. The standard carbine is normally outfitted with only Iron sights, but Khalan had made a few modifications to his. He outfitted it with a red dot sight scope, a comfort stock, and an angled grip. The carbine is durable in most cases and can be thrown into mud and dirt without the weapon jamming. The GHX is also very lightweight, making it easier to carry around. However, the GHX has a few weaknesses as well. The carbine can't be subjected to highly frigid planets, such as Hoth, as the weapon's moving parts have been known to freeze up in such conditions, thus ruining the weapon. The carbine also may ONLY use the 5.56x45 mm cartridge. Any other round may cause the magazine-and in some cases the weapon-will explode.
