Gen-Tec is a subsidiary of Alterra Medical and Pharmaceutical Solutions, which is a subsidiary of Alterra Inc., all owned by the scheming, CIS Minister of War, CEO, [member=Caesar Kenway]. It does not specifically make money, rather, it provides research for it's parent company to profit off of, which then funds it to keep making the research. It is not publicly known of. They purchase, or outright hunt live or dead biological specimens for testing, cloning, DNA identification, and the likes. It's loyalty is to it's CEO, [member=Caesar Kenway].
RATIONALE
