- Accessibility: Located on the surface of Manaan in the midst of the planetary ocean, GEC Tower is tricky to approach without a vehicle of some sort for the majority of species. The building is open to the public but heavily secured.
- Description: A massive tower of commerce that rises from the waves of Manaan's global ocean, a stark contrast to the empty surroundings as it is remote even for this planet's clustered Selkath settlements.
- Emergent Starport and Heyblibber Station: A satellite campus of the tower located several miles away this star port is technically the main entry point of GEC Tower. Visitors and guests land their variously sized starships in this location which, like GEC Tower, stands above sealevel and then are ferried to GEC Tower proper via marine shuttle service. The trip takes only minutes and ends with the shuttle entering a subaquatic entry point within the 'stem' of GEC Tower.
- Holonet Sub Station: A fully equipped, state of the art, holonet station with some of the galaxy's finest send-receive capabilities ensuring that transmissions and reception of holocommunication across the galaxy can be achieved for participants and interested parties of GEC. The Sub Station is located in a restricted access location and is not open to any but the building's personnel.
- Galactic Market Center: A floor of GEC Tower dedicated to galactic commerce featuring numerous secure terminals for remote transactions, holo displays showing real-time valuations of all known companies from a myriad of sources, a Bounty Hunter's Guild affiliate office, and of course an open bar.
- Galactic Convention Center: One massive floor of GEC Tower that takes the height of several floors this cavernous area is the beating heart of GEC Tower. Company displays and booths riddle the fine silver tiled floors, full-scale displays of the newest technology and latest product ensure that nothing is left to the imagination where quality is concerned. The Galactic Convention Center is a vast area that promises to be the highlight of a visit.
- Conference Center: Located above the GCC the Conference Center is nothing more than single floor of large conference rooms, furnished by droid attendants, hosting holoprojectors for remote attendance. The rooms are sound proofed and white-noise generators litter the corridors. Each conference room has furniture made of rare wood imported from the forest world of Endor.
- History of Galactic Commerce Museum: From the Trade Federation's fabled First Credit to the 1 trillionth Bantha Burger sold, the History of Galactic Commerce Museum physically contains or has a holographic representation of every commercial milestone of note to the galaxy at large. These several floors are of course publicly accessible. Gift shops located at the initial floor.
- Operations Office: The administrative beating heart of GEC Tower and contains all relevant security terminals, displays, and droid control center. Restricted access, authorized personnel only.
- Starry Horizon Suites: For the extended stay the Starry Horizon Suites is an executive luxury-class hotel with a price tag to match. Featuring breathtaking views of Manaan's beauty each room is ordained with Selkath engineered furniture and variously imported furnishings from the galaxys great designers. Each suite has a dozen rooms ranging from a full service kitchen, automated by droid help of course, to a private turbolift which will bring the VIP down to the exclusive Depth lounge. VIP access only.
- Depth: A classy lounge for the galaxy's exclusive elite located at the midpoint of GEC Tower's submerged base. It offers an unobstructed view of Manaan's midocean and ocean floor where automated food dispensers entice marine life to flitter past the transperisteel accessible via Starry Horizon Suite turbolifts.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
GEC Tower was built to host the Galactic Economic Conference, with the parameters that the location must be secure for the galaxy's fiscal elite and that it reside in neutral space free of any major galactic power's direct influence. It took two years for the construction to be completed and several factories worth of construction droids. The way in which the construction was funded is unknown and many speculate that the enigmatic organizers used advanced forms of credit laundering but, of course, nobody knows for certain. What is certain is that GEC Tower is a one-of-a-kind locale for the much anticipated convention.
