STRENGTHS: Gaarlanna is a Wookiee. This makes him incredibly strong, and tolerant to physical punishment.
Smart and wise, Gaar has been a Slave for a long time - he knows how to keep out of trouble.
WEAKNESSES: Overly kind - whilst this may be an advantage, it often is not. Gaar will risk his own life to help others. Slave - Being a slave, Gaarlanna has no free movement.
APPEARANCE:
Gaarlanna is a slightly taller than average Wookiee, who is covered in roan brown fur. On his wrists and ankles are metal cuffs which bind him to wherever his master requires him. Muscled by the toils he endures, Gaarlanna has a monster like appearance as the kindness has been wiped from his eyes after over a century of enslavement.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born to Arritatha and Wrrlryyhn, Gaarlanna led a life considered normal for the first five years of his life. By his fifth birthday, however, Gaar's life was turned upside down. He and his best friends Dewchiir and Liakwarr were captured by slavers from Trandosha for the Hutts. The three Wookiees were forced to slave away even as young cubs. After several years of such torture, Gaarlanna and Liakwarr fell in love - to the despair of Dewchiir (who also loved Liakwarr). Gaarlanna, torn between his love for Liakwarr and loyalty to Dewchiir had to watch as Dewchiir was set free for protecting the Hutt who was being attacked by another slave. Rife with jealousy, Gaarlanna and Liakwarr drifted apart as Gaar purposed himself solely to winning the favour of his master.
However his efforts were futile, and Gaarlanna failed to gain freedom, and has been a slave for the century since.
