Description: The public facilities (which are for the non-combatants) is dead in the centre of the enormous facility. Primarily composed of facilities for children and refugees that are located on the base. An academy for children of all ages which teaches the history of the Galaxy, how they came to be where they are now, with the influence of highlighting the first Dark Lords of the Sith and recent Sith Lords of the Triumvirate as their heroes and saviours. All children over the age of five are given lessons in martial arts. Lessons in Teras Kasi are given as well, to teach how to close their minds to Jedi and other Sith, thus protecting them from mental based attacks. Through their training they are naturally physically faster and possess quicker reactions to the average member of their respective species and age categories.
Armed with a shield generator to protect the Orphanage in the event of attack, the Shield Generator is in place to act as a buffer to allow evacuation of the facility through underground tunnels that stretch for numerous kilometres until reaching underneath the Sith's Citadel.
History: Came into being immediately after the Silver Coalition's Invasion of the planet Ruusan. After the death of hundreds of thousands on both sides, it came to the attention of the self-proclaimed Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Athyssius that it was necessary for a different source of income, warriors, and credibility in the eyes of the Galaxy. Not only had they been the target of an unprecedented attack, they also had thousands of refugees and children without parents. Whether these children were made orphans via the Invasion by the Coalition, or whether they were freed of their former bonds as slaves remains to be seen.
In loving memory of his Master, Darth Orcus, Athyssius had decided it was necessary to give the Triumvirate an air of caring. Not only were they striving for an image of law and order in their part of the Galaxy, (Hutt / Criminal Space) well known for crime and unsavoury dealings, he wanted to give the impression that they served the people. That they protected the people. With the guise of being a businessman and holographic technology to distort his features, the Dark Lord funds the project with the aforementioned disguise.
