DETAILED SPECIAL FEATURES
The G.D.M.W.M. is able to mount one of nearly any capitol ship weapon, this is due to the excessive amount of support systems built into the base. A mobile variant also exists, although it is unable to mount some of the heavier weapons, and is not recommended for front line combat.
Strengths:
Flexible - The G.D.M.W.M. can mount nearly any weapon conceived, this allows the maximum use of limited weapons platforms as an entire base's defence system can be changed in a matter of hours, with individual mounts being swapped out in mere minutes.
Weaknesses :
Fragile - The G.D.M.W.M. is equipped with little armour, with no armour on the mobile variant, and can only withstand anti-personal weapons, weapons designed to take out light vehicles will meet little resistance.
DESCRIPTION
The G.D.M.W.M. is CEC's response to the lack of ground based defences offered in it's line up, the G.D.M.W.M. is made to be built within the defensive perimeter of a fortified position, or with the use of it's mobile variant a support asset to an offensive battle. The G.D.M.W.M. is not sold or meant to be used with any specific weapon, although heavier weapons will make the machinery more sluggish, the customer is encouraged to use weapons already owned that would traditionally be unusable for the intended roll.
CEC does offer weapons packages however, ranging from concussion missiles for anti-aircraft defence to huge mass driver cannons for defence against orbiting vessels and everything in between.
