DESCRIPTION
With the constant rise and fall of governments, so to do new companies rise and fall on the various worlds of the Galaxy. On remote Jutrand, a new company has risen out of the ashes of turmoil. Created through buying up the assets of bankrupt smaller companies, Jutrand is still small in the grand scheme of things, but with several contracts already on it's plate, it has the capital to expand beyond simply working on used ships, and has begun production on it's own designs.

Fojanah Heavy Productions believes in rewarding skill and loyalty, and punishing betrayal and laziness. As such it regularly holds internal design competitions where any employee can submit a ship design, whether for a new staple of the company, a limited production run, or even a unique one off to be sold at auction or used by it's own leadership. Any accepted design not only comes with promotions and training to match them, but a small share of whatever the ship(s) sell for.

While incapable of producing heavier vessels as of yet, it has already begun carving a niche for itself thanks to the quick vessels it produces and sells, already gaining popularity among Pirates, Outlaws, Bounty Hunters, and Militia forces where speed is often more important than power. While it still seeks contracts with more established militaries and governments of the Galaxy, it's products are on offer for anyone with the credits, and rumor has it, backroom dealings accept alternate payments. FHP also allows for custom requests within the scope of it's facilities, allowing outsiders to submit or request limited or unique designs for production or modification. Finally it allows for exclusive contracts on new products, which it will work with it's partner on the details of the vessel, but it's initial lines are available on the mass market.

Headed by a secretive board of directors, who they respond to and work for is unknown, as is the source of the money used to buy up the manufacturing assets used to get the company off of the ground. So far no clear favorite partners have emerged among the company, but the fact that it's vessels first started appearing among pirate fleets of the outer rim is telling.

RATIONALE
Khamesi Aivar used the ill-gotten gains from her pirate fleet, as well as funds secured from allies and destroyed rivals within the Sith Order. To protect the company and give it an air of neutrality, she has placed a board of directors in charge of day to day operations, using dense and arcane legal contracts to allow her to seize total control at any time. From there she sought out various failing, or small factories on Jutrand to buy up and merge together to create the parts, before assembling them into smaller ships. To hide the connection to her and the Sith Order even more by implanting a 'stern but fair' policy across the company, avoiding allowing bribery or power to determine the positions in the company, but ability and loyalty instead. Finally, she ensured that the company provided good though not remarkable benefits to it's limited employees, making it seem unlikely to be connected directly to the Sith. Now she's started spreading it's products among outer rim Militias as their main buyers, seeking to entice larger and more prestigious groups with field demonstrations.
