SPECIAL FEATURES
Weaknesses:
Little-to-No Combat Usability - This uniform is intended to dress a medical officer posted on a ship, not to protect a field medic. The mesh armoring inside the jacket absorbs some energy from mostly physical blows, and is next to useless when it comes to protecting a wearer from plasma or bullets.
Also, if the jacket is taken off, the wearer looses the limited protection it offers. The undershirt is not plated.
Mobility of Jacket - The mesh panels can be a little stiff, especially if the jacket is new and not broken in, and can thus limit range of motion.
Strengths:
Comfort - Overall, and once one gets past the somewhat-uncomfortable "new jacket" phase, the Tomuon wool proves quite warm and comfy (though the collar is always a little stiff).
Mobility of Undershirt - Once the jacket is removed, the sleeveless undershirt provides its practitioner ample mobility to do his or her work.
Protection - Some is a whole lot better than none; periodically, a doctor is evolved on a skirmish on-board--i.e. a patient wakes up delusional and becomes hostile.
DESCRIPTION
This sleek uniform for Naval fleet doctors is a quick and easy way to pick out medical personnel. It is designed to offer practitioners both the comfort and mobility needed to address their duties, and the limited protection they may need in their everyday settings.

A majority of the jacket and pants is made of processed, white Tomuon wool, and the rest is a black crosh-hide leather; a long, rectangular bib extends down the jacket's front, and two wide stripes run down the inner thighs of the pants. A belt is made of matching leather. A buckle made of a plastoid composite is hidden behind the bib.
Likewise, the boots are also made of black crosh-hide, with a plastoid composite toe and dark jute laces.
There are no regulatory gloves with this uniform due to the nature of doctors' work. Typically, a doctor uses reusable microsensory mesh gloves when working on a patient, but they are not included in this uniform model.
The undershirt is similar to the top-half of a Stormtrooper's black bodyglove, but without the long sleeves. There is a First Order logo near the base of the left shoulder strap. Unlike the jacket, it does not have sewn-in mesh armor layers, and thus is not protective.

You can probably put "First Order" for this. If you do, please hyperlink to the faction page for the "First Order".

So in other words, the kinetic protection is only protection against hand-to-hand combat? If that's the case, that's fine. I would probably change the kinetic rating to low or average though, as most people think of kinetic resistance in an armor as protection from slugthrowers (traditional firearms).

You are correct--it is just protection against physical blows, @[member='Gir Quee']

Oh, I was not aware of that tidbit. Good to know. c: Noted.

Also, done and done.
