PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Flynn is an unassuming physical presence. A claim that he was noticed in a crowd would be a great exaggeration. He has rust colored hair and a well manicured beard, but his impact on the galaxy is through his words and political theory.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Flynn grew up in the first activist family in the modern age of Lirra. He has the best education that has been afforded to an upper middle class “rural” citizen of Lirra. He is dedicated to a free populace on Lirra, replacing the current authoritarian military dictatorship with a democratic system.
STRENGTHS
- Intelligent Charm - Through discussion and logic Flynn has a way of swaying people to see his side of a conversation.
- Pulse of the People - Though a cautious being on his own, Flynn has a way of knowing what the people around him wish and how to spur action to move in that direction.
WEAKNESSES
- Non-combatant - Flynn is not a pacifist, he does understand that force is needed from time to time. But he is not going to be the one actually applying said force.
- Soft spot - Some would not consider this a weakness, but on a planet like Lirra confronting an authoritarian government and Hutts, Flynn tends to look for the good in people more often than he should.
HISTORY
The Lirra system has had a long and difficult history. As a budding human colony, then overrun by Hutt slavers and then “liberated” by the Galactic Empire. The Ocano family’s roots in Lirra run to the very beginning and have always been aspiring for something greater than what was available in the system. They made a decent living harvesting the plentiful minerals from the planet’s surface, but the means to become more was always just out of reach.
Flynn’s father realized that more people on Lirra believed in the same thing that the Ocanos did. He started organizing the majority against the oppressive government centered in
Shando. As support swelled the movement started gaining vocal followers and believed that their voices would be heard. Then the Hutts returned to Lirra. Their presence hurt the democratic movement on Lirra as the authoritarian government had control of the military means to keep the Hutts at bay, and the experience to know how to deploy them.
Slowly but surely Flynn and his father have worked diligently to figure out a way to build towards their ideal Lirra. The majority still are in favor of a peaceful, free society ruled by popular support. But there is fear of how to do this without drawing the ire of the current regime and becoming targets of the ruthless Hutts at the same time. Perhaps it is time to ask for some help…
