Description:
"Flow" as Valik has chosen to name his Telescopic Baton, is an accurate name for it's design and purpose. While man a Sith Lord choose to play to their physical strength, obtaining a crafted blade that can cleave durasteel, go blow to blow with a lightsaber, and poison one's enemies, Valik chose instead to craft a weapon that supplements his skill in the Force. Specifically it merges the ability of Gadolinium as a super-conductor and Sith Sword's ability to absorb Sith Lightning in order to create a super-conductor for Force Lightning that disperses electricity with an unprecedented current, and much enhanced lethality. While it doesn't guarantee a kill it severely increases the chances of attaining one, as well as magnifies the effect of the lightning to have a sort of paralytic effect. This paralytic effect is not always guaranteed, and can be resisted by stronger Force users, but they'll feel more and more numb as they suffer more electrical blows, giving Valik an advantage in prolonged combat. Use of Flow is not completely advantageous however, as it only disperses electricity on contact, is notably shorter than a lightsaber blade, and due to it's superconductive nature absorbs all force generated lightning in an area is pulled towards it and absorbed by it, effectively removing Valik's option of ranged combat via lightning.
Whenever electricity flows it always seeks the path of least resistance, which is why Flow attracts Sith Lightning so well, as it's effective resistance is 0(in reality it's some heinously small number with a large amount of * 10^(-whatever), but effectively zero). However when in the presence of other Sith Alchemized items with electrical absorption properties(say a well made sword or armor) and strong lightning(usually from a Master Level Character or a knight who is a lightning specialist) it won't always absorb the entire amount of lightning. Furthermore wider, branched Sith Lightning(again, a master character or high knight specialist) won't be completely absorbed, with the wider edges escaping Flow's conductivity. Furthermore due to the alchemical process the only lightning it absorbs is Force Generated lightning such as Sith Lightning or Electric Judgement(notably Alter Environment creates natural lightning, and wouldn't be absorbed).
As Flow hits an object or a person it concentrates the lightning into the entirety of what it hits, and as such there is no AOE when the strike hits something, only damaging what it comes in contact with. If by some chance Flow were to come in contact with two objects simultaneously the electricity would disperse between the two objects, with the majority heading towards the path of least resistance. As the electricity dispersed and absorbed by Flow is more Force-based than natural lightning the resistance is also Force base in nature, with an order of priority being somewhere along, but not exactly, these lines.
