Firestorm Isotope-5 Reactor
Intent: To create a line of scalable Power Generators for Personnel, Vehicles, Starfighters, and Ships
Development Thread:

Manufacturer: ArmaTech Combat Systems
Model: Mk1
Affiliation: ArmaTech Combat Systems
Modularity: No
Production: Minor

Material: Power Generator Parts, Isotope-5, Plas-Bonded Ostrine, Liquid Nitrogen Coolant
Weight: Variable (Comparable to a Solar Ionization Reactor of similar class)
Description:
Firestorm generators represent evolution. Using powerful Isotope-5 and its ability to be used as an incredibly efficient and powerful energy production capabilities, combined with a significant increase in size, the generators are not intended to be mainstay power plants for all ships, but to be more wide spread. Isotope-5 in an of itself is fairly stable, utilizing its gravity and electromagnetic field warping effects to great use. Slightly altered the substance is channeled into a fairly large particle accelerator, generating power on an immense scale. The warping effects on electromagnetic fields are channeled into accelerating the particles more efficiently, drawing less power off the grid to bring them up to speed. This means that it takes less time for the generator to warm up than normal, though it is still somewhat slower than a Solar Ionization Reactor.

In effect the generators are far more powerful than their standard counter parts. Based off improving and stabilizing the existing generator designs and making them scalable the generators make use of several unique parts. First they feature a plas-bonded ostrine coolant coil apparatus and a liquid coolant system of supercooled liquid nitrogen, stabalizing the issue with the previous version made by a competitor. Second, using a massive version of a bifurcating cyclical ignition to power the containment field around the reactor it is not only water proof but also less likely to suffer from catastrophic failure. Third, the generator is based around the process of electromagnetically accelerated particles feeding off the energy produced by the Isotope-5 to provide the power to the ship, station, vehicle, or apparatus they are used in. Due to the effects of Isotope-5 this is more efficient than a Hypermatter Annihilation reactor of equal size. Finally the generator features and emergency failsafe, allowing it to be shutdown quickly and the contents ejected from the generator if necessary. Mainly just a precautionary measure due to the Isotope-5's immense destructive capabilities. Better safe then radioactive quark gluon plasma.

Lots of work and a lot of contribution and cooperative work with other members, submission looks good and the development is there.
