With her natural eyes ruined from a chemical encounter, cybernetic eye implants were surgically installed to allow her to see the galaxy, with enhanced applications. Being a Felacat, her species possessed a natural ability to see in the dark, thus keeping to her roots the implants allow her to see in the dark; automatically activated upon entering darkened areas. Outside of dark regions, her cybernetic eyes work like regular eyes, outside the fact she can only see in black and white, absent of colors.
The cybernetic eyes, when mentally activated, allows for it to utilize x-ray vision. This vision allows her to see through most materials (i.e. durasteel, titanium, concrete) but only the skeletal frames of individuals and beasts; and the robotic organs of droids. They can't determine species type. Heavy reinforced buildings or walls could possibly cause interferences or disruptions to see what's on the other side.
The final product the eyes grant her is the ability to create a holonet journal through visual recordings; allowing for it to be displayed as a holoimage upon recall. The displayed image can be seen by anyone.
