Braze stifled a small chuckle at that. He was more a blend of the two, considering the sheer amount of effort he put into training… he had simply made combat and weaponry his chosen field of study, and pursued it with unusual intensity.
"They do not always stay locked away. There is use in studying them, if only to better understand the harm they can bring and the means by which they may be answered. When one seeks a solution, it is not enough to look from a single angle. One must weigh many thoughts, teachings, and perspectives."
At her words on Love being absent, he regarded her with gentle curiosity.
"Love is… one of the most powerful things there is. I am sorry to hear you have not known much of a parent's love, or the warmth of family." Braze offered the words softly. "Most people are social creatures; they seek comfort even before food…" he mused.
He returned her polite gesture with an elegant bow of his own, drawing a closed fist to an open hand and crossing one foot behind the other before bending at the knees, then lowering at the waist.
He curiously tilted his head at the little gift of a sketch. "Oh… how sweet. I will cherish this, thank you. It is a fine work of art, and I will take good care of it. Thank you. " He offered gently as he accepted the item with care.
"If you ever find yourself curious about sabers, or wanting to learn the forms, I would be happy to teach you in the future," he offered.
