This character is a transfer from another forum and I may need a few permissions here because I plan on transferring over a story as well. I don't have anything against my old forum at all (been dividing my attention between there and here) I just thought this particular story would benefit from a few more participants, which sadly have become rather scarce back home. 
Anyway, here's my character bio;

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Faye Ward was raised as a Follower Palawa before becoming a Jedi, as such she is well versed in the art of Teräs Käsi. Her expertise in the Force lies in enhancing her own physical strength and speed although she is not without her own defense. She has become quite proficient with the use of Protection Bubble, either to protect herself and others or trap a foe. Faye has devoted her life to the study of the Force as well as Teräs Käsi but such devotion comes with a price. She has little to no friends and finds it difficult to handle herself in social situations. Her rather blunt demeanor can be off putting to most people and her honesty, though probably her best quality, can at times be rather un-endearing. Furthermore, though she is trained in the use of a lightsaber she prefers to use her fists to fight. In battles against Jedi she utilizes two light bucklers she wears around her wrists and though these bucklers provide some protection against lightsabers and blasters they do not give her the same control to reflect blaster bolts back at their source as lightsabers do.

BIOGRAPHY:
Faye Ward was the daughter of two Jedi. Orphaned by war she was raised on Bunduki by the Followers of Palawa and trained in their ways. Though she had been accepted as one of their own she was and always will be an outsider. That is why her master requested that she train with the Jedi in order to learn her true heritage. Faye took to learning the Force with the same discipline she showed while training on Bunduki, though her time with the Followers of Palawa stunted her growth as a Jedi. Living on Bunduki she adopted the Follower's distrust of Jedi and found it difficult to get along with her teachers at times. She butted heads with the other students but she never neglected her training. Over time she became a fine Jedi Knight and was eventually promoted to Master after her own Padawan succeeded in passing her trials.
Despite her time spent with the Order, however, Faye still possesses a warrior mentality. She would prefer peace but she is not afraid to fight when the situation calls for it. As such she often finds herself at odds with the Jedi's rather passive aggressive approach to defending order in the galaxy in favor of a more direct approach. Fearing her aggressive tendencies would eventually poison the Order from the inside out the Council tasked her with recruiting and training the next generation of Jedi, hoping that by keeping her off the battlefield they could prevent what they thought was her inevitable fall into darkness.

This is the story I'm hoping to transfer over. Naturally I'll have to adapt it to this universe but the basic premise is there's a ship and a crew and they have a lot of misadventures. Basically, they travel from planet to planet seeking Force Sensitive individuals and then training them in the Force (all the while reporting to the Jedi Council, of course). Along the way they run into pirates, Sith, weird spacial phenomenon and various other things you might see in a Star Trek or Battlestar Galactica style plot. So far I've got like one other person participating in this thread on the other forum besides me and this kind of story could really benefit from a few more personalities. There's room for all kinds of characters, from Jedi to Republic soldiers and pilots. I think there's room on the ship for a couple squadrons and despite being the size of a Star Destroyer it isn't designed for war, so we won't be involving ourselves in many naval battles... Or at least we'll try not to, but things happen.
I know this might be asking a lot but what do you guys think?
