DESCRIPTION
Favor Gate Ltd is The Vigil's hand in the corporate world. While not all factory workers are involved in the church the entire management and head office workers are. The company uses its resources to support church goals while also turning a small profit where possible. Their current clientele is appreciative of the companies high secrecy and aversion of any paperwork, often doing untraceable face to face credit transfers over banking deposits.
They mostly manufacture light arms en mass but have a bio laboratory in the Coruscant slums. While more than happy to work out deals for their weapons the work on Coruscant is kept top secret and highly privileged.
RATIONALE
The company as it is now is due to the backhand dealings only possible in a place like the Coruscant slums. When the Son's Vigil arrived on the planet they had nothing but the will of their god to make their dreams come true. Each member of the church had to be sly and diplomatic, making connections with whoever they could come into contact with. It took years to build up reputation enough to borrow money to start the company and they still haven't paid off their entire debt.
Seruka came into power through means of the church. While she had a small hand in setting up the operations she is no businesswoman but because of her role within the church she was voted in as CEO.
