Failure to Tag

• Short Description: @Mentions do not alert tagged players
• Browser: All of the above
• Severity: So far, this issue only seems to affect my Geneviève Lasedri subaccount.
• Description: While on rare cases it seems to work, when I tag a member it usually fails to alert them. I even take care to type out the [ member = " x " ] coding and it has the nice blue text and pops up their profile and everything, but the mentioned players seem to not get any tag alerts.

I've noticed this problem is fairly common. I've been tagged in threads but never get the alert message (that particular tag was in the Protectorate Invasion of Vergesso, from [member="C.C"]), and I've heard of it happening to others I know as well.
