Short Description: Faction Child Board Issues

Description:
I was wondering if a Staff Member could remedy this little situation. It appears even as a Faction administrator I can't move/remove child boards within the faction nor can I move/remove the topics inside each of these forums.
I was wondering if these could preferably just be moved under the Faction's Archive Forum temporarily as the Faction itself is downsizing the number of forums for the time being in order streamline ourselves in our minor phase of life.
