Designed by Alterra as a Riot and Assault Control unit, it has a Mandalorian Iron riot shield to stop rioters from progressing past a certain point, spikes on it's back that are completely harmless, and exist only for intimidation. It also features a retractable shock baton that can be used to stun and repel rioters or crime committers. It's a simple riot control droid, it can be hacked, shot, overpowered, destroy, it's not that powerful, it exists mainly to stop and slow rioters. It holds no real intelligence, it just acts.
