Explosions Happen to be Very Pretty

Odxon Raziel

Really Karking Old Terrorist
There had never been a moment where the Garhoon was this worried before. Despite seven hundred years of experience, she had managed to kark up pretty fraking bad. The planet she had recently terrorized (One word: Bombs) had shut down all exits. Nearly three dozen bounty hunters had swarmed towards the surface, hunting after the devil herself. They just didn't know it. Evidence had been minimal up until ten seconds ago. Someone had recorded the bombs being planted (a coffee shop had more cameras than it should) and broadcasted them on the Holonet. Not good. Understandably, Odxon had been wearing a disguise. But the supplies that were left over weren't enough to keep her hidden for much longer. Someone would notice the similarities. The real question was how long it would take them to find her. She had a little under a week to lay low until the authorities eased up and she could leave. It would be... interesting. In the meantime she quietly sat outside a local restaurant, watching the worried citizens curiously.
They were all quite scared, worried about the possibility of a second attack.

The explosions didn't wake her that morning; rather it was unlikely that they even would be heard so far away. It was the aftermath, the panicking and movement of emergency vehicles that caused her to stir from sleep. Barely lifting herself up from the bed in the seedy run down establishment that she had called home for that night. A heavy sigh as she ran a hand through her hair before sitting up and looking out the window. Her hand shielding her eyes from the sun as she stood up, stumbling slightly while making her way into the refresher. It wasn't long until she had finished putting herself right as well as putting her face on as she rolled up the small case of cosmetics and slipped them into the side of her boots.

Stretching once more, she went about finding the rest of her clothes; mainly her top and jacket that she had shed before falling into the rough nightmare addled state of sleep she had become accustomed to. That's when she heard it, a small beeping on her datapad. Lifting it up and nodding slightly, she began to flip through the accounts that happened just moments before. A heavy sigh left her lips as it was now time to go to work. Quickly finishing dressing herself and doing a once over in the mirror, the Bpfasshi woman threw her jacket on and grabbed her equipment. In her mind she felt the bounty would be happy to have her capture them; after all, she never used lethal means.

Wary eyes watched everyone in sight. No one seemed to trust anyone, not even those they were close to. People who had been smiling and laughing that morning were now treating each other like wanted criminals. Because at least one of them was. The thing is, none of them realized that Odxon was the culprit. No one had figured it out yet. Strange, considering she was the only person who wasn't in a panic. It seemed like not many veterans lived on the planet- which would explain why no one took the incident well. Though there were plenty of mercenaries and hunters now. Many were stuck, spaceports in the area being shut down. Travel between cities was EXTREMELY limited. Despite the stereotype that all politicians are corrupted, those who ran the capitol seemed to actually care about their citizens. Or maybe they were just concerned about their own safety. Sadly, it was probably the latter.
A small commotion broke out near the Garhoon, causing her to raise an eyebrow. One of the city's youngsters had tried to use the chaos as a cover for pickpocketing. Some lass had caught him by the back of his shirt, and was now yelling some sort of lecture at the boy. "Oi, just let 'im go. He's just a kid. He's learned his lesson." That was the first time the woman had spoken up that day. While Xon was only 5 feet and 9 inches, she was still taller than the person in front of her. "What ya gonna do if I don't let him go?" Before anyone could react the vampress lunged forward, jabbing a finger into her opponent's arm (hitting a pressure point), forcing her to drop the boy. Odxon caught him before setting him down, telling him not to steal again, and sending him off. With that she turned to leave, not wanting to cause a bigger scene than she already had.

Barely making it down the stairs of the run down dive that she had found the room in; Fjorra stumbled slightly, though rather out of still being in a sleep like state. She nearly fell over as her arm caught in the sleeve of her jacket before her hand managed to free itself from the leather. Her other hand was still busy running through her hair and tearing out the little rat nests that seemed to develop during her constant turning while she slept. Of course as she managed to stumble out of the dive; she had her own little problem to deal with. Another offer from some random person looking for their own fun, which she met with a jab to the ribs with a stun baton. It was always a useful little weapon to carry that often hung from a loop on her waist.

With a deep yawn she stepped out into the sunlight, her hand covering her eyes again for a moment until she once more became accustomed to the bright day. Off in the distance she could see the smoke still bellowing up from the fire near the explosion. Another ringing coming from her as she quickly patted herself down until she pulled out the datapad. Flipping through the news, she sighed while mumbling to herself.

"No information?"

It was odd that nothing had been found just yet. She was hopeful though that there would be some kind of information pouring in as soon as the fire was under control. Though there did seem to be some recorded footage of the person that left the explosive device. Something that Fjorra found interesting in itself as she continued to play it again and again.
