Expansion: Necessities Yet Met

Valashu Bonkai slid slowly into a seat in the shallow Cantina on... wait... where was he again? It had been so much recently, contracts made, planets visited, jobs handled... he lost track. But he knew he had sent a message a while back for the leader of the Omega Pyre to meet with him.

He had men patrolling his properties, those hired by Justice Shipping. But... well if he was honest, he did not greatly believe these men capable of such a task. This was a company with a history, one that had also made many an enemy. He needed top of the line, the best of the best, and where he came from that was the OP.

It was unlikely he would break the contract he had signed with Justice, but it did not hurt to hire on more men. Did it?

Well, business dealings wouldn't be had in a cantina.

Aeron had things to do.

So, it was with an interesting twist of fate that [member="Matreya"] would find two armed men in Pyre uniforms enter the cantina. They would scan the dimly lit room, HUD's searching for their target. When they finally landed upon Valashu Bonkai, a modulated voice spoke.

"Valashu Bonkai." a pause. "Come with me."

Valashu, though unsurprised for the ubrupt kkappearace of the men before him, rose, gesturing to those before him. Dressed in the garb of the alchemists, his Executive suit gifted to him by his ally Daemon, with an undersuit of Uller Bone, he was more then ready for battle if it ever needed be performed. But he doubted that this would occur, as they were both professionals, even if she did not show herself, he believed things would play out better. Following slowly behind the men, he whistled a jaunty tune as he did so.

Thinking about events to come, he wondered f ever he would legitimately own a company as powerful as Omega Pyre.

There wasn't going to be any commotion.

They were simply escorting him. Aeron was a busy girl. The two Pyre men would lead Matreya outside. A small gesture would ask him to please follow them to their vehicle.

This wasn't a kidnap attempt at all.

Mainly, it was a way for him to get towards the holoarray that would bring her up via hologram so they can do what he had inquired for.

Climbing aboard the vessel, he waited until they were before a holoarray, then chuckled as he looked to both men, "What no popcorn for the show?"

Seeing as both remained quiet, he perked an eyebrow upward, "No sense of humor?" When again he saw no reaction, he continued, "What do you call a Sith that's afraid to fight?" He paused, "A Sithy." No reaction, "How about: what do you call a potato that turned to the Darkside?" Another pause, "Vader Tots."

Still nothing. He sighed then turned to the array, which he believed was recording him. When a person began to appear he jabbed a thumb, "These guys man. Burn em! No laughs, chuckles or nothing!"

[member="Matreya"] for some reason the tag didn't work o_O Sorry!

They had no sense of humor what so ever.

However, they did have a holographic screen that would reveal Aeron's face.

[ Sorry for the tag and bag. But this is all I can do for right now. ] her voice would crackle. It appeared she was out on the field on some sort of tundra.

That would explain her lack of face to face detail.

[ I hear you are interested in working together?]

Aeron gave a slow crack of her neck.

[ So what you got?]

(S'all good in the Chaos hood!)

Val dropped a jaw at the neck crack. It was surprisingly sexy. Women tended to be dainty. Who liked that?

Pushing his jaw back into place, he regained composure, grinned, then spoke, "Well, I won't keep you long. I have an offer, one of mutual benefits. I seek the highest grade militant assistance I can buy.

"The OP? That seems the go to service. I would love to have some of your men - preferably ones with humor programming - gaurding my wares. Stores, storage, and transportation, all encompassed." He said, then gestured, "These guys actually make me wary, which in itself is quite a task. So I would like some. At least a few thousand."

Pausing, he turned his eyes to the man nearest him, "Seriously dude! Smile! What the feth!" Glancing back at the array, he grinned sheepishly, "Sorry. Anyway, the question remains, what would you seek in return? Perhaps a date in the bundle?" He overly emphasized a wink at this point.

A quirk of her lips would indicate a slight bit of dry humor.

"So you want a contract of our security forces?" that could easily be done. "No date." she said firmly. However...

"A discount in your wares." she would suggest. If this was a mutual benefit, they could utilize some of Merr-Sonn's technology. "And perhaps an early-bird catalog on whatever products you may bring out prior to making them public."

That would give them first dibs.

"I can offer a 50% discount on bundles. Is that acceptable?" Valashu said. It wasn't that having anything less than a bundle at half price would be damaging, but it would also add incentive to his purchases. More sales equals more profit.

"And I can offer a first come first serve offer. I won't make a commitment to attempt to contact when there is no real solid ground that I will remember, however I can offer that should another order the same time as you, you will be taken first every time."

Aeron gave a nod.

"That is acceptable." the Prex of Omega Pyre told him. "I won't hold you to a solid commitment, but the rest is fine."

It was still an incentive to purchase at fifty-percent discount. It was also a job. "As long as the security contracts do not counter other contracts that we currently have, then we have ourselves a deal."

Valashu nodded, then offered a low bow, which of course had to be shown to be comedic by returning to straight up with a sad expression, "Forgot, getting close to a holo doesn't show your ti-" he was cut off by a glare from one of the men, "Never mind. Guy thing I guess. Anyway, its been a pleasure. Send the first squadron to Merr-Sonn Towers if you will. I will be contact later with the rest of the coordinates.

"You have a good one." With that he vanished into the ether.
