RATIONALE
Founded using the inherited accounts of his late noble relatives which had been slain in the Maw's Chiss space incursion during the Second Great Hyperspace War, Thane has consolidated the wealth in a holdings firm which has since compounded using clever investments the enigmatic Chiss has since delved into the shadows, brokering his corporation as a means of power and influence acting as a channel between the black and white markets by which to funnel technology, assets and credits between them with his holdings corp taking a cut from the middle.
