DESCRIPTION
A gathering of formally criminal engineers, weapon designers, and smugglers. Ephraim Arms is a large R&D department with locations across the inner rim. Most operations are secretive if not downright hidden. The company serves as a manufacturing firm for its parent corporation, Ephraim Labors. While many few the company as a relatively small weapons corporation, it is actually a large underground distributor of unmarketed military-grade equipment, with most of its actual goods never being fully disclosed to the public. Products range from weapons to medical supplies, with most being fully illegal. The purpose and ultimate goal of the company is to produce, cut and dry. Simply put, it serves as the metaphorical backbone of many operations concocted by Ephraim Labors.
RATIONALE
Created by James Ephraim to simply provide arms and armor for his PMC, it quickly became a far more lucrative part of his business then first intended. While originally starting out as a loose collection of hidden facilities and factories, it quickly grew from a impromtu illegal weapons firm to a genuine weapons manufacturer. It took time for the people involved to adjust but it soon settled in. While the compnay would never mainly deal in public weaponary, its face would still be largerly remembered, primarily for the darker side of its dealings. While James was originally in direct control of the subsidiary, still being a part of Ephraim Labors itself, it quickly adopted a different business model. Today, Ephraim Arms is led by a collection of its best designers and weapons' specialists, all of which were perivously illegal weaponsmiths.
