SPECIAL FEATURES
The Bow itself is pure Beskar with glowing lights built in that can be turned off by a button for stealth.
The arrows (sold separately) are Beskar with a glasteel casing. Inside the glasteel casing is pure plasma energy. Upon release from the bow the glasteel casing cracks and falls off making the arrow a lightsaber type arrow. The head of the arrow is a sharpened plasma crystal with electricity.

DESCRIPTION
The Energy Bow was designed to be a lethal weapon. Made of pure Beskar. The Bow itself is pure Beskar with glowing lights built in that can be turned off by a button for stealth. The arrows (sold separately) are Beskar with a glasteel casing. Inside the glasteel casing is pure plasma energy. Upon release from the bow the glasteel casing cracks and falls off making the arrow a lightsaber type arrow. The head of the arrow is a sharpened plasma crystal with electricity. Once the arrows hit their target the plasma around the arrow would be expended and it becomes a normal Beskar arrow minus the plasma crystal tip. Upon hitting it's target, the electricity stored in the plasma crystal head would be expended, but the tip is still a plasma crystal allowing it to still cut through nearly any material.

The image you are using is actually of a recurve bow. Not a compound. Compound bows used multiple strings and a series of pullies so that the user has low draw weight, with a higher impact. This has only one string, and no pully system. I don't know if this would make a big deal for you or not since you do mention in its classification as a Compound bow.

Ammunition Type: Power Cell

Since this is a bow, your Ammo type would be more akin to "Specialized arrows" rather than a conventional energy cell that could be used in a blaster weapon.

Rate of Fire: low

Reload Speed: Fast if you move fast

Bow's "Rate of fire" as it were, is almost completely reliant upon the user. Masters of shooting bows, can average around 2 shots a second. (Doesn't seem fast until you try it yourself) Some even get three shots a second. However, if you were to hand the bow over to a brand new person, it could take them some time. So for both of these ratings, if you replace them with "Slow-Fast" and mention in the Strengths and weaknesses of the bow that it takes a master of the bow to be fast with it, and thus requires training, then it will clear up the ratings, as well as add a weakness to your listing.

Here is where we get into a little bit of a problem.

Currently, There are many "energy bows" floating around. The CIS Witch coven own a series of them. The Witches of Dathiomir own a few, the Nightsisters have their own version. People have made a few others around as well. However, they are energy bows. A weapon that is based upon blaster technology. Hence their approval. However, this is based off of Lightsaber technology.

Yes, while this is a bow, its leaning very heavily into the realm of a Lightsaber Rifle. Which is a banned item.

I am going to ask you to remove all mention of acting like a lightsaber, as it is not a lightsaber. While it is not this rifle specifically, you are essentially making a down graded version of this in bow form. Powerful blaster technology with an Upgraded Galven pattern? Sure go for it. Uses Isotope-5 to make a powerful blast? Sure go for it. However, making a ranged weapon with Lightsaber technology is a no go.
