Gael bar Ammon
Pride of Old Mandalore
Summit 7
Mygeeto
Foreign Minister. Senator from Azure. Ambassador to the Mandalorian Empire and United Clans of Mandalore. Rayshe'a to Mand'alor the Reclaimer. CEO.
In the short span of a few years, Gael had accomplished more than most would in a lifetime. From his brief tenure with the United Clans of Mandalore to his political days with the Galactic Republic, Gael had seen very much. He had participated firsthand in war with his Mando'ade brethren. He had witnessed the bitter conflict between the Sith and the Republic. He had seen and been a part of the rise and fall of an empire. Along the way he had made few enemies, though outnumbered heavily by his friends.
He was well known by all for his conservative approach, logical mind and his guiding hand wherever it was welcome. He had devoted his life to service, taking no wife, fathering no children. In all his actions, he had nothing but the welfare of his people at the forefront of this mind. He leaves behind nothing but his legacy - a lasting desire for peace in the galaxy through whatever means appropriate.
The aforementioned message was documented, archived and distributed to those who knew him. No one attended his service. No one was invited, save for the chaplain to perform his duties. The casket was hovered into the bay of an unnamed frigate, chaplain by it's side. With a silent prayer, the chaplain exited and sealed the cargo bay doors and remotely activated autopilot.
With a loud whir and strong gusts, the ship took to the skies, and then to the stars. Infinity awaited, and Gael looked forward to meeting it.
