BIOGRAPHY:
Encouragement Gets has been around longer than you, your parents, their parents, and on and on and on. He once had drinks with Mace Windu. He also had drinks with Lando Calrissian. He dated Maz Kanata. He's always been a free spirit and up to this point has lived his life as a poet, musician, singer, kaf barista, zookeeper, botanist, tour guide, theme park employee, and just about anything else that involved interacting with people in a way that didn't involve confrontation. Through all the wars that have raged across the galaxy, Encouragement has kept himself clear until he was sure he was making the right decision.

Finally, ninety three years ago, he decided he wanted to be a pilot. Soon after he got his licence, and began flying cargo ship and transports. As he grew experienced, the ships got smaller and faster as he realized he liked the rush of speed and the danger of being in a small craft with little to protect you. He began flying in stunt shows and competitions, anything from land speeders to pods to refurbished fighters. Finally, he decided he wanted in on what he considered to be the pinnacle of history's pilots: the nearly-mythic Rogue Squadron.

Gets has a habit of changing his speech patterns and speaking style from time to time.
