Black Conscience
Conscious
In a deep corner of the Outer Rim, a shadow grows. A shadow that will blanket the Light, and consume the dominating Dark. A shadow with the power of Technology and Science behind it. Pillars that oppose what values hold dominion over the Galaxy, and have for many millennia. Confined to only one planet, this shadow grows in silence, spreading its webs across the Galaxy, infecting what it knows will bring it success. Success in executing a vision. The Vision, that sees no more Gods. No more Robed Men.
No more deities holding sway over our lives.
Only Knowledge. Enlightenment.
The Representative sat motionless in the rear of the ship as the Droid Pilot throttled down the engines. A flick of a switch and the press of a button, the Droid spoke in a low, artificial voice,
"Emergence Shuttle, designation EE-1A requesting Palace Landing"
The Representative was silent and still.

Low Orbit around Osseriton
Territory of The Fel Imperium
One such Web now waited in orbit around the Capital of the Fel Imperium. An Emergence Representative aboard a Transport. Talks with the Imperium had initiated somewhat recently and soon enough, The Emergence dispatched an individual to discuss personally with the Imperium. The Representative had been given the information he required to sustain talks. The Fel was a Government not persuaded by Religion or Corruption. One built for its people. A Government The Emergence did not view with disdain. One that did not threaten the future of the Galaxy. These values had initiated contact, and it was these values that held the potential for relationship. "Emergence Shuttle, designation EE-1A requesting Palace Landing"
