Well, a good idea would be to set up some goals for yourself and the minor faction, create content to work with (location subs, thread ideas, etc.) and then advertise your faction around them.

Alright then, I asked here cause I was just curious for a while on that and I dun think the Codex is a good place to talk to a specific judge on an action they did.

[member="Reaku Ansetus"] Eh, I dunno about that. At least not right now. I'm kinda armless, blind, and in a constant state of a panic attack in regards to an overwhelmingly terrifying number of imagined arachnids.
Also, my force abilities aren't super refined. I rely on physical horror to debilitate my opponents with disgust, and my inability to comprehend my own mortality to be fearful and give up on the attack (since I have an unnatural obsession of the flesh and its desolation).
And last but not least, my primary weapon is not a lightsaber, or even lightsaber resistant material. Its a long barbed whip tipped with paralytic poison.
I wouldn't stand a chance really, not for a while anyway.
