Born as Emma De'vala to a family of modest means, she always knew she wanted more. She saw the beautiful people on the holo net, saw their beautiful clothes, their carefree lives. She knew she wanted that.
At a young age, needle and thread in hand, she started to cut and sew her first garment. Garbage. But she learned. Over the years and several old curtains and bedsheets later, she developed a real skill with a needle and thread. While her older sister went on serve under the Queen of Naboo, Emma went on to design.
She made dresses and gowns for nobility of every flavor, from Countess to Queen. She took up the name of Emerald, using it as her 'brand' name of sorts. But even this was not enough. She needed more.
What she needed was a rich husband. And a new direction for her fashion line. Something daring and dangerous...
And furry.
