All planets that wete destroyed in canon were rebuilt by Omni and a galactic coalition before the Gulag Plague struck. This includes Byss, Alderaan, amd every other destroyed world. They were copied to be at their "height". Meaning they basically appear as they did during their most famed time.
Make of it what you will, not sure anyones touched Emberlene here.
As far as I know only three planets have been "destroyed" on swrp and none of them were Emberlene.

Even if Emberlene is still physically there, I think it got reverted to the near-uninhabitable state it was in during and after the Galactic Civil War.

This is described in our timeline and is part of the boards lore. Destroyed planets were rebuilt and exist. Ide link it but im on my phone, you can go up there and poke around though 
Unless someone has RP'd it that way, no. Most planets were destroyed or took major hits during the Gulag Plague thats true. However a worlds lore cant be established for sure until someone actually roleplays it out. If said roleplays establish Emberlene as mostly the same when it was in a golden age but with less of a population and such, then it is so.

Granted I dont know everything that happens on this board, in fact.I miss most things. However grand planetary destruction and catastrophic events tend to spread around. Who knows, some searching of the boards history will provice answers however.

and yes Shadow guards are fun Matsu was one for a time with her family.
