FINAL REMARKS

Subject Eira Vane is not an asset in the traditional sense. Often the assets we are asked to analyze and make recommendations on are considered in some ways a blank slate to be molded, or an idealist seeking a cause. Vane is not impressionable. One of our analysts called her a badly-healed wound. Attempts to control her through ideology are likely to fail. Attempts to control her through fear may succeed occasionally, depending on the threat. Attempts to control her through money are likely to succeed, for whatever that will buy you.

And yet, as far as we can tell, Vane excels where others might break, and she disappears when she has to. Her run-ins with the law have left behind burned identities and arrest warrants, but no bodies in cells, no fingerprints, no DNA.

Use her, and she will do what you ask if the deal is fair (in her view) and the exits are clear.
