  • "Fires of War" Thermite incendiary shells fire 15 individual projectiles infused with thermite which burns at a similar temperature to lightsabers, Capable of tearing through most materials without a high resistance to heat.
  • "Modern solutions" The weapon is capable of converting blaster energy into Ion shots that can easily disable electrical components, Droids and other technological adversities.
  • "Witchhunter" The carapace is made from a Cortosis, Which will short out a lightsaber or similar energy weapons on contact with the outer carapace, preventing them from destroying the weapon.

    Unto the breech" The weapon is Breech Loaded, Meaning that the weapon must open and expose the chamber, And the user must insert the ammunition manually. This means that the reloading speed is often slower than a magazine fed blaster.
  • "Make it count" The scattergun setting depletes the entirety of a power cell in a single shot. In addition, The breech loading chamber can hold only a single shell or slug at once, Preventing rapid fire of the weapon on alternate settings. This does not affect the standard burst shot or ion shot settings.
  • "Kicks like a Bantha" The breech loading design and powerful ammunition cause High Recoil, Preventing quick follow up shots.
DESCRIPTION
After a friend unceremoniously "Borrowed" her primary weapons, Joti found herself in the unfamiliar situation of having to rely entirely on a weapon designed for use at long range in a close quarters environment, And had to look for other means of dispatching her foes. After coming into possession of the classic EE-3 Carbine, She decided to do what she does best: Modify the weapon It becomes unrecognizable. Thus the EE-3 "Hybrid" was born, Turned into a scatter blaster, an Ion blaster, a thermite launcher, a slug thrower and a long range blaster carbine all in one. The inner workings of the barrel were replaced with Dallorian alloy to compensate for the immense heat generated by the Thermite shells gifted to her by a friend, While the outer carapace was re-cast from Cortosis to prevent Sorcerers from disarming the user via lightsaber or contained energy blade strikes. After a few modifications to the scope to alloy the HUD link to Joti's helmet, The monstrosity that is the "EE-3 Hybrid" was complete.
