My suggestion is a simple one: Allow writers to toggle between private and public settings on their editor templates, or otherwise have a way to display it on their account page (maybe in the about area or something), so that they can share templates on stuff like character bios and such. The only other way to share this information is for the party in possession of this editor template to manually go and find this information and share it with each individual per request, as there's no way to view another writer's editor templates (as they're all private).
