DESCRIPTION
The Dweomilis Advisory Foundation is a venerable and enigmatic institution known for its shadowy involvement in galactic military doctrine and advanced defense policy.
Originally established during the waning days of the Galactic Republic, Dweomilis rose to prominence as a key contributing sponsor to the Corporate Sector Authority and was eventually promoted to voting sponsor, cementing its influence over one of the most powerful economic zones in the galaxy.
Dweomilis specialized in shaping the strategic direction of corporate and governmental defense portfolios, quietly partnering with major defense contractors such as such as BlasTech Industries and Santhe/Sienar Technologies.
While never a manufacturer itself, the Foundation operated as a vital coordinating brain trust designing doctrine, advising on weapons development, and drafting predictive models for next-generation warfighting.
Rumors persist of Dweomilis's involvement in classified Imperial black projects, particularly the top-secret cloaking device initiative, though its archives on the matter remain sealed, destroyed, or missing entirely.
The Foundation maintained neutral public appearances even as its internal divisions worked on behalf of both corporate and authoritarian clients throughout the Clone Wars, Imperial Era, and into the modern post-Galactic Alliance age.
Now revitalized under the stewardship of

RATIONALE
In 902 ABY,

As the foundation had fallen into semi-dormancy after the fragmentation of the Corporate Sector Authority and collapse of centralized Imperial power, Antonin undertook a deliberate effort to restore its prominence as a silent architect of policy and war.
Utilizing the extensive D'Asta network and the Praji legacy in bureaucratic and naval traditions,
Antonin reactivated multiple Foundation divisions, reconstructed its historical databases, and quietly secured cooperation with modern megacorporations interested in high-level defense guidance.
