Incredibly intelligent, able to make decisive and calculated decisions rather quickly. Phenomenal with numbers - and is able to read beings of the galaxy well and learn how to get along with them.
Weaknesses:
Extremely arrogant with a false sense of pride
This false sense of pride leads to the utter fall out of crippling paranoia at times.
Is a Hutt - Hardly has physical abilities comparative to the rest of the species.

BIOGRAPHY:
Durgo the Hutt saw his first rise to power as the previous Hutt Cartel and Empires began to fall apart around him. He saw the opportunity that his bretheren did not - for they were the ones losing the power and he was the one who could gain it - but first the Hutts had to be broken down, a simple worthless government once again. He began to amass slaves and slavers of all kinds from around the galaxy. Even enslaving some of the Hutts who came into debt to him.
Before long he had become a competitive slaver in the market of the Galaxy - this was a dangerous business though especially with how strong the Galactic alliance were looking in the galaxy at the moment. You see though in the rise to meager power and success that Durgo found - he didn't choose to squander it on lavish things yet; he knew that the fight wasn't over and that he still needed to win the heart of the Hutt people either through domination and oppression or through other means.
Instead of doing something heroic like other faction leaders might, Durgo continued enslaving his people and others across the galaxy slowly building his small little Empire on Nal Hutta. He had sculptures and statues erected with his face on them outside and around his residence - so that to the Hutt people he could be seen as some type of nobility or even royalty.
You see it was all about image to him - and money at the end of the day. And the Hutt people must see him as royalty or nobility before they will ever humble themselves enough to follow into a brighter tomorrow. For the Hutt Cartels to unite and begin to dominate their small corner of the galaxy again - they needed to have common ground to stand on first.
He even spread the word to Nar Shadda with posters of himself overly glorified and always in a regal pose.
