Weaknesses :
- Length: If someone where to get inside the reach of the sword it would cause the user to be open to attack.
- Light Side: A pool of lightside energy causing it to be sensed by users of the darkside.
- Glow: Due to the pool of energy it has a unique glow to it which can give away a persons position in time of hiding.
Karl having done a lot of work with Felix with the idea of a sword that he could use to fight with. It was a unique idea and a very strange one due to the fact that he had just had his mothers lightsaber fixed but he knew there must be exterior motives but he didn't ask, because he didn't care.
Felix chose to use Songsteel due to it's lightweight and lightsaber resistant properties. Getting the sword alchemized by a friend of his it made it even more resistant to attacks by the Sith or other opponants. He had it forged in secrete and when it was ready he presented it to Karl.
During this time Karl brought it back and meditated in it and put a reserve of energy into the sword, when he opened his eyes he saw the soft blue glow coming from it, he nodded thinking it was fitting.
