Nothing too serious. He's just designed for combat and is programmed for killing Jedi only. He is covered with artificial skin and artificial hair...(not that this is really a big deal) Anyway, the more damage he takes, the more the skin wears off, revealing his Durosteel skeleton. He is very skilled in melee and ranged combat.
