Due Cortosis

Harley had left primeval and know was after a renew chanllange, she was unsure of what was next for her. Though as her mother said, live was like a box cholocates, you never knew what your going to get next, which she always replies, well look at the box and it will tell you. After all no point eating choclate you did not like, chocolate was far too important to waste. Though the life part was true, you did not know what was going to happen next. She decide to head to planet Duro, she had a simple but effiencent plan, steal some cortosis. How that was going to fair she had no idea, but she did want to make her self forearm protection form the metal. As it could short out a lightsaber, and she liked the idea of that, after all what girl wouldn't.

She had landed in a small non descript shuttle, near out skirts of the mining area. She then viewed the mine with a pair of binoculars, all the miners where droids. This was possibly due to the toxic nature of the substance, it could kill you if you breathed the dust in. She did not want the raw form, she wanted the ingots they would make later. She was trying to locate the processing planet, so she could work out where it be usable to armour later for her. Some might ask why she would steal it, and not just wave her hand and make them give it her, or not just buy it. The answers to this because I want to, also she had no money, and could not use mind trick, but mostly because she wanted to.

As she spent most of the day trying to follow droids around, seeing how they moved around, to try and find the refinery. Well may be not all day, she got board and did something else for a bit. Mainly went on spacebook, and made new friend who was correlia, apparently wanted money to make some more brandy. Also their was some one trying to sell her a Rusan bride, though she was up for that, though brandy idea sounded good. Well it would if she had any money, which does not, hence she was stacking out this mine. Then she got back on with work, started following the droids more closely. She soon found they moved the ore to a plant near a shuttle pad, where it was transported afterwards. She started to study the building, it had a lot f steam coming out of the top of two towers at the top of the building. She figured this is where they converted the ore into a usable substance, and then she spent the rest of the day trying to work out how to get in, well that and spakye, which was a holonet chat room.

Next day first thing, well say first thing, when she could be bothered. She got up and started to head down to the main gate, she had plan sort off. She was going to jump over the fence, and then make her way to the shuttle pad. Take over the shuttle, and take the load of cortosis that happaned to be with it. She made her way down to the fence, it was quite high with droids doing sentry duty. Her plan attack and destroy one droid, and others would not notice as they would be too far apart. She then looked for the right droid to attack, a one with no line of sight to the others. She then found one, it was big thing with a gun. She moved into position, like cat stalking it's prey, and then she leaped up at it, and lit up her two lightsabers. The crimson red blades struck the machine and cut it in two different places, and then she landed on other side off the fence, with a smouldering wreck droid behind her. She grind sly like the cat who got it's milk, for about two seconds, then an alarm went off. She could see security started to pour out, oh bugger she thought to herself. As she began to run into cover, the security began to form up.

She saw serval members of security, began to get into cover and began firing at her. They also had some sort flamer thrower with them, which was no fun as she could not block that at all.
She began counting them, well sort of, well she guessed they had at least six with blasters, and one flamer. So she guessed they had seven in total, so she had to figure out what to do it about it. She decided to sprint to throw one her light sabers at the guy with the flamer, and cut him down first. She threw her saber at him and tried to guide using the force, she made one mistake though, she forgot tot take of her glove. As such she just threw the saber towards him, admittedly with a lot force. As travelled a light through the air, and as it head it towards them. They ducted out the way, and the almost laughed at her. To be honest they would of done, if was not for the fact it kept going, and cut in to a container of cortosis ore slag container. This was the bit`s what taken out the raw ore, some of it was toxic and dusty. They had not put on their rebreathers, they began to cough and gasp for air. She could see the cloud coming towards her, and decided to run around it, and hope for the best.

"Admit for once that it would be fun having some cortosis daggers" Venus sighed driving the ship to the landing site "I only pilot the ship. Spending your money is your choice" After talking through the radio, the inhabitants of Duro let him enter to the planet "But if im in a fight, lets say three against me. Having their weapons malfunction would be and advantage for me" "Or you buy more equipment for the AT-120. And painting it a little" "Laaater"

Around the landing site, you could see a the compound "Alright i will ask for the smithman to create everything. Venus you..." "I will go with you idiot" she push him to get out of the ship, having the two DD6 pistols in her thighs. When the owner of the place was coming close, some shots could be heard from the distance, as guards fought a force user "Dammit! Send more guards there! Mister Thorn, if you could help us, we could give you the cortosis free" said the owner of the mine. More important for him was the good in that place, than the security of the workers. Acaleus could sense it "You will watch the ship. Thats an order!" after that, he run towards the fight.

He saw a girl running close to a poisonous gas "Who are you?" said turning his wrist lightsabers to the side and separating his feet in a low fighting stand. He saw the dying guards inside the gas, but more important, the lightsaber of force user. The good news about having his hands free, was that he could use them for grabbing a gun or using the force "Doenst matter. You better surrender now" smiled to see what his foe was going to do

As she ran round the poisons cloud, she took her glove of and pulled back her light saber. As it reached her hand she saw a man, he as tall and then he asked her Who are you?
She almost smiled as she said I am Harley, so who are you pudding? She put back her glove on, she stopped almost sensing a duel coming. Then he went and said it, something that really annoyed Harley Doenst matter. You better surrender now, of course it mattered she was Harley. She had spent a day, well may be a few hour's, well okay thirty five minutes planning this. So was
he interrupt her plans, it was fueling her anger, in to a rage. This was quite easy to do Harley, and her eyes started to turn YELLOW as the rage built up inside of her. As it did she began to force sprint towards him, she was going take this little warrior down, for getting in her way and steal his ship, and his slave. She was quite angry, anyone would think it was a force induced rage........

His first thought was to evade her but it would be difficult to stop her next attack "Name´s Acaleus" said running for a full engage. The gas cloud would be a problem if he got close to it, but from this distance it was safe to breath. He crossed his right arm, and slashed the air, as the lightsaber would cut everything in a forty five degree angle. It was a diversion for a stab attack with his right arm. He needed to test the girl, her strenghts and weakness. The problem was if the opponent he was facing was stronger, that would mean death...not always as he could escape. If something happened, a quick use of his force power against the girl would work.

He ran towards her as her rage built up inside of her, it was screaming at her to kill him. Her heart was pounding inside her chest, as the blood began to flow round her body, trying to keep up with demand. She son reached him, and leaped at him, as she did he came at her with one lightsaber, to slash her. Her own caught it, and tried to push it back. As it did she went to hit her own lightsaber, with her other one lightsaber. She was going to try and force his lightsaber into his own face. As she did his blade caught her on the mid rift, cutting into her. She would screamed in pain, if she was not in a psychotic rage. As it was he may scored the first hit, and she would feel it when her body comes out of this force educed trance.

A lightsaber coming towards him. In his position he tried to evade it, moving his body as fast as posible. The hit came to his shoulder, burning the armor and the skin "Dammit!" his left arm was still in use but it hurt like hell. With that same arm, he force pushed Harley away, as his hand was near her abdomen and guiding the lightsaber of his left hand away, putting some distance between them. Of course Acaleus didnt stopped just for the pain, the gas was coming behind her. With a quick engage, he went for another slash but keeping his other hand to the side, for stopping a lightsaber attack. If she breath that smoke, she would be unconscious or weak in a matter of seconds. That same fate would happen to him if he breath that so he would be careful to keep his distance.

He tried to push her away, it worked to an extent. If it was not for her armour, she be in that does cloud dying by fumes of that poisonous gas. As she regained her footing she leaped high and over him. As she did she her legs went over her head, and she in true ataru style she tried to hit as she did, even she did make contact it would been weak hit, but know she was between him and his ship. She turned and gave him a psychotic grin, she was not sure if she was going to run to the ship, and kill his girl friend or charge him down, but soon she was going to do one of them.....

"Just need to attack her in the stomach" thought now that he had the gas in his back. She would need a little more effort for escaping from him. Acalesu fold his hand, keeping it ready for using the force as he approach to her "If you stop and give yourself in. I could get you if you pay me two thousand credits" smiled as make two quick stabbs to the shoulders. In that position, he could evade other hits. He expected that the backup of the mine arrive. Snipers would be the best, as he knew that other time of help would only be a bother

Harley looked at him as he came, and he told her "If she gave up, she could have it for 2k" which stupid request, if she had the money she might not try and steal it. She had issues tough, if she stayed put, she would soon be over run by this force user, and the security. She decide it was time to run, where to was the question. His ship was close, but so was the loading bay, with the metal she wanted. She decide to go full pace towards the shuttle bay, as she got close to his shuttle though, she pulled out a hand cannon and fired it at the shuttles thrusterd. In hopes to disable it a little, so she could have better chance to get away from him with her other shuttle.

Venus got out of the ship with her hand blaster and started shooting at her to the legs "She is trying to get away in her ship. I need backup" she saw the damage to the thrusterds and got her repairments tools out. Acaleus pursue her in an attempt to catch her, just a few meters away "I will cut through her ship if i have too. She is not leaving this planet" in a corner, he jumped to a second floor trying to have a better sights of her "The Sith is going to the loading bay" "She damage the shuttles thrusterd, i will need a few moments to repair our ship if we want to stop her" said Venus when they received a message from the radio "Backup is here. Got snipers waiting on that area" "Im with a white hood,so do not shot at me" "Roger that" at least a dozen of mercenaries armed to the teeth. And having a force user like Acaleus was a great advantage against a wounded Sith.

She quickly turned round the corner, and then leaped onto a freighter. The freighter was just taking off, and she was know on it with some cortosis. She would have to kill, the people on board if they objected to her orders. Though that was just a bonus was it not, she hurting and it would take her mind of it for just a moment. Though her first job was to subdue them, and get away from this place before anything else went wrong.

Acaleus jumped and almost slide to the ground "Alright i think we started off with the wrong foot" said with a smile. A turret was locking its sights, as snipers stood on the top of the building. Acaleus was making time until they got a clear shot on her, as they had their guns on stun setting "Sorry about stabbing you, that was wrong to do. So how about you stand down, before this ship is turned into ashes. It would affect me of course but...well its their money so they got nothing else to lose" said referring to the mine owners. Venus had just fixed the damage on the AT-120 and was turning on the ship

As he jumped on the ship, the docking hatched closed. She was stuck with him on this freighter, she figured she had three choices.
Option one
Kill him and keep everything
Option two
Offer him a share of the loot
Option three
She could just off him the loot and kill him later

She decide to offer him the loot, keeping option three open if need be later.

Pudding there are two case of cortosis there, we can split it, and dump the ship, no one would ever know.
Her voice was soft and sweet sounding, hopng to draw him in to saying yes.

Acaleus meditated for a moment and analize what the girl said "Venus, new plan. Destroy the turrets, then follow this ship" The AT-120 turned and blasted off the towers, dealing structural damage "Roger that" Venus flew low, destroying everything in her path.

"I would have said no, but they got almost no mercenaries alive and my pilot killed the rest of them" he looked at the wound in her stomach and then looked to the other way "First we need to threat the crew of this ship"

I have had worse, and that's why I want this metal. She laughed, and then continued to talk You deal with the crew, I am going to rest up for a bit. The wound was starting to throb, and she did not want to go into a force rage with the pain. She started to look for the med kit, on the ship whilst he talked to the crew. She would keep an eye on him though, as she did not trust him very far. As for moment she found a med kit, and sat on a create, and began to inject herself bacta to herself. The needle was sharp and painful but relieve quickly came after that. then she head down to crew area, to see what the knight was up to.

She heard laughter and saw an Acaleus chatting with the crew "Alright we can take you to anywhere. If the Techno Union pay that well, who would decline?" he stood and walked to Harley "Guess who got new friends" he smiled sitting on a living room "Where are you headed?" said while laying in a sofa with his arms opened.

Bed and then Korriban, she intend to do some studying there, and then to alter her armour.
