Dredge
Kneel Before Zod
A black screen would feed into the monitors of people who tuned into Dredge's live stream and the ruffling of a microphone being handled wound sound.
"Are we live? Is it rolling?" Dredge's voice said over the screen of pitch black.
"Have you tried the aux button? Yeah the little red one right there." The casual conversational tone of Dredge continued as he spoke to his assistant.
The screen flicked on and it would be to the image of the armored overlord sitting in an iron throne with his sword at his side and his arm resting on the head of a Voxyn as he scratched it behind its ear. The background was that of a standard dungeon with the "All hope is lost" theme going pretty hard for it. Everything was live for the galaxy to see however if anyone had the idea of tracing the signal it was being rerouted every two seconds across the galactic holonet so tracing was next to impossible.
"Hello galaxy, for those of you who don't know my name is Dib'Zan, former Yuuzhan Vong General and native of the Mirrorverse but most of you know me by my previous incarnation's name of Dredge. Now I've come to your galaxy and let me just say that I love it, the people, the places, so much better than the Empire and Capital. Let me tell you that place was not fun, but here everything is just chaotic! Hell I've even dubbed this place Chaos since I first arrived." Dredge looked over to his Voxyn and gave it another pat behind its ear. But he then shortly turned his head back to the camera.
"Do you like games, Chaos? When I was living in the sewers of the capital let me tell you I had to play all sorts of games to keep myself from going insane." There was a slight awkward pause.
"Well more insane. But let me assure you that I want to play a game Chaos, in my possession I have one [member="Keira Ticon"] who is right over there." The camera panned over to a closed off cell to show a rather grim sight.
Laying on the stone floor of the cell Keira Ticon was not in one piece, she was missing a leg, an arm, and her remaining leg looked like a link of sausages with various spots that were completely broken and damaged. She was at least breathing and the camera zoomed in enough to show that. After a few moments of the depressing sight the camera panned back to Dredge.
"I may have overreacted when she refused to play a small game. But in my defense she was really annoying. But I also posses [member="Saverok Barcu"] a Jedi." Dredge paused as a young worker caste Yuuzhan Vong approached him and whispered something into the side of their helmet.
"Oh. Oh okay, well where is he?" Dredge said as he looked over to his assistant.
"Thank you Rudy." Dredge dismissed the man and looked back into the camera.
"It seems we've misplaced Savrok. Ever since he was twisted and fell to the darkside you'd be surprised how a big Gen'dai can just slip right through things. Regardless if any of you knew the Jedi, he's dead. Now whatever that monster is let me tell, it's beautiful. But back to the game. As you can see Keira over here has been a very bad guest and I'm assuming if she doesn't receive medical attention in the next few hours maybe day or two at the most she'll die." Dredge straightened himself in his seat then shooed his Voxyn away.
"So this is where you come in Chaos, I want you to decide whether Keira lives or dies. Vote here on my live stream with a thumbs up for life, thumbs down for death, or leave a comment below. And when it's over we'll tally up the votes and decide if ole Keira here will live to see tomorrow. Personally I hope she doesn't but I let that be up to you Chaos." Dredge leaned forward towards the camera with his one red eye staring into it intensely.
"Oh and [member="Connor Harrison"] I think you know this all could of been avoided if you had just came to sanctuary. Your negligence is wracking up quite the death toll here, and I mean at a certain point my hands are tied. So if you want your revenge for Keira's death, or to come pick her up depending on the vote, call this transmitter number and you will be given coordinates to my location. Come alone and we can settle our unfinished business. Bring anyone else and all the innocent little hostages here will die, along with Keira if they decide life. So as long as we have an understanding things will go smoothly. So for the rest of the galaxy please like and share, maybe subscribe if you're into that sort of thing. And for Connor, be seeing you real soon." The screen cut out and soon the only thing on the screen was a long range communicator number that if traced would lead to some lifeless moon on a backwater planet in wild space where it would be certain that it was not the location where the woman was being kept.
