Days before the events of Tython.

Darth Phyre awaited Draco Miles Draco Miles on the edge of Khemost's Golden City of Midas.

The Battalion had expressed intrigue with Draco, and Phyre, being Phyre, wanted to test all that piqued her curiosity.

Who knows...if she could tempt Draco with Power, perhaps Draco might abandon the wayward Arianna.

The Sithspawn practiced a kata with the Amalagam's purple saberstaff, manipulating it around her body, feet creating steam wherever she stepped.

House Io grew and grew, guided and shaped by the Cult indirectly, through her whispers in Xiphos' ear. The Cult walked openly in the streets, preaching. They were enjoying an influence they had never had anywhere before, not truly. Not even in the Gulag Era.

They owed so much to Laertia. She had become a true champion of The Cult, just as Phyre had forseen. Now the only thing left was to make her admit it, and be comfortable doing so.

But first things first.

She had plans today. Draco would serve as a nice, big, distraction....

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
Oh, big lady! She wanted to talk AND Draco had to deliver her cookies! Though the words and rumors she had heard did not really… tickle her fancy. The Amalgam reminded her of her old master, and she did not enjoy his company at all.

She received the summons, and in her armor, advanced to where she was instructed to go. Compared to the Neutralizers and cult members in their catsuits and robes, the heavily armored Draconic warrior clunking around was certainly out of place… but Draco liked it like that, she loved the protection it gave her and it helped with her paranoia of being attacked

Upon entering the Amalgam’s chambers, Draco bowed
“To what do I owe this pleasure? As well I brought you Darkside Cookies from Kay-Larr.”

The Amalgam The Amalgam

All it took was hearing the words "Dark SIde Cookies" for Darth Phyre to instantly switch over to the Amalgam's flesh and persona, who then gleefully glided over, ceasing her lightsaber practice.

There was no hesitation. The Amalagam took the cookies, and, without even a word at Draco Miles Draco Miles at first, instantly began stuffing the cookies into her mouth like a frigging addict, because the cookies were that addictive. At one point, the Amalgam's face was bunched up on the side's like a squirrels when it finds nuts to transport.

"Oh, God! I missed that. Byt the unholy spirit, Kay-Larr Kay-Larr keeps improving that recipe somehow. But enough about that..." The Amalgam mumbled out barely through a super full mouth, face dirty from cookie debris. One of the most musrderous killers in House Io was a Cookie Monster also. Then again, she was evil enough to shoot the cookie monster for his cookies so there's that.

"I am sooooooo glad to finally meet you..." The Amalgam said, not mssing a beat as she stepped into full on freaking creepy mc-creepy.

"I was told the former Matriarch of my Cult had found an ambitious, head strong apprentice, so naturally, my curiousity peaked like a mofo." The Amalgam explained, blinking dead purple eyes at Draco.

"Draco my dear...would you like to steal lodes of rare ass loot of a Republic vessel? I got a way on if you're game..."

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
… eh? What… this was the faction’s most deadliest woman?! Addicted to cookies and stuffing her face while offering sick-ass loot?! … hmm… NYET! She had to keep her priorities straight… but this would serve as a perfect means of entry to the Amalgam’s trust. Draco kneeled out of respect, keeping her head low as she took the offer

“As you wish, Matriarch. I will accompany you on the republic vessel.”

Draco didn’t mind the creepy look to the Amalgam, the evil she was in front of… it seemed… tame, not much to her. Something had to be hidden, this entire temple was built on the suffering of so many, it’s own aesthetic far too much than what was even required by the Sith! So what the hell was The Amalgam The Amalgam if she lead it?

The Amalgam smiled.

"Excellent...follow me please..." The Amalgam replied to Draco Miles Draco Miles , leading her past the small, white Pyramid of her Cult to the landing pad where her X-70B Phantom Class Yacht awaited, the interior with a black and red floral pattern.

The curvy looking Sith Sorceress plopped elegantly onto a holographic projection table in the main hold, where the hologram of a Massive Warship was on display.

"This Galaxy never ceases to surprise me, Draco..." The Amalgam said. "Take this vessel for instance...this was made by the Galactic Republic during a very Ancient time in its history. According to surviving records, only Six were ever made. So the existence of this seventh one caused a stir in academic circles, because that means there are potentially more out there. It's defensive capability legend. It can even serve as a fully armed and operational battlestation. Ooooo, I always wanted to say that!" The Amalgam gushed.

"Here's the catch..." she trailed. "The Galactic Alliance is already working on breaching the security of the Automated Dockyard protecting it. I want to go in as a fake Jedi that just happens to have the one person who can get us through the Dockyard's security checkpoints. You..." she said pleasantly.

"I must say, Dear Arianna has not lost her touch picking apprentices." The Amalgam asked, even as she slid over a datapad containing it's known technical readouts.

"She always did have an instinct for it. It's actually what got The Brain Demon initially interested in her."

Of course, The Amalgam didn't know the original Arianna was long dead. Then again, Draco didn't know that the Actual Amalgam had been "dead", long absorbed into Darth Phyre, who puppeted her gorgeous face the same way Vivian did with Arianna's, so it balanced out.

"I will go in as one of my many cover identities with you as my prisoner, pretending you have the secrets to lower security. I'll sabotage your cuffs so you can escape when we get there. That will lead to them diverting resources to hunt you, while I compromise remaining security..." she proposed...

She leaned forward. "And may I say you are quite cute." she complimented, going full Brosnan for a split second.

Surprisingly a normal looking ship, it’s sleek design perfect for atmospheric reentry, the color beautiful especially in the interiors. Draco followed The Amalgam The Amalgam to her holotable, seeing the schematics of the ship pulled up, the look of it completely out of this world with the donut shape to it… what was the point of that? It always made the ship structurally more weak! She doubted this tale of its defenses being legendary, just because of its design… though she did not even know the armaments of it. After all, the best defense is a good offense.

Draco listened intently on the plan of espionage, blushing at the compliment to her master for making a good choice for an apprentice, understanding her role of knowing a secret path through the automated shipping yard to infiltrate a jedi hideout, though already was doubting the legitimacy of this plan… she thought it far too grandiose to properly work, wouldn’t they grow suspicious of a newbie capturing such a valuable target so easily? Best to wait until the end of the briefing to offer changes to the plan

She blushed heavily at the compliment, not expecting it and getting her train of thought thrown off for a moment
“I-I’m sorry? Um… thank you…”
She said rather timidly, confusion and embarrassment taking over before she spoke
“If I may interject, matriarch, I think it best we instead use an identity already known to them, taking the place of a jedi patrol. Perhaps a Knight and a padawan? We will kill them both, and you will disguise yourself as the Knight taking me prisoner, they will not suspect a thing then with a story to back us up on how you captured me”

"You're very welcome, Draco..." The Amalgam replied in a friendly manner to Draco Miles Draco Miles

(Cutaway of an antelope staring down a lion)

(Morgan Freeman: I'm just here for the obligatory Lucy reference. And to mildly narrate)

(Morgan Freeman: A smile and a compliment. That's how it starts. Draco was already in over her head. The Amalgam, when she wasn't busy being a Crazy McCrazypants kinda Crazy, was able to be crazy in that overdone "charming sociopath" mold that every Bond villain has spent years trying to create, but will never be able to fully utilize, unlike Jaws and Oddjob, who were both hard AF in the Narrator's opinion.)

"Good idea, would work if it was a short term op. But, if I may offer insight, dear Draco, the latter option would prove vastly more difficult than my original proposal. In order to do what you suggest properly, at least several months of careful study would be required of who we are going to kill and replace. It is much simpler to invent a fiction as in these situations not pulling off who we killed and replaced perfectly will draw attention. My way dangles the answer in front of them, or so they think, and when they latch onto the idea of getting answers... especially if we are underestimated...trust me, when a Mission Impossible scheme works, it works..."

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
She’s seen her fair share of plans go sideways… fabricating a complete fallacy could very much go wrong if someone even took a minute to look into their characters, especially in the long run. Was the Amalgam able to infiltrate their systems and make IDs for themselves? She doubted the plan, but her more loyal nature kept her from arguing too much. Trust in one’s master, and technically, she was under The Amalgam’s command.

Draco nodded with approval and spoke
“As you wish, Master. I hope our plan goes smoothly. It’s a pleasure to work with someone as beautiful as you.”

She tried her hand at flirting, moving closer to the Amalgam and standing at her side. She honestly had no clue what she was doing, more used to just cutting straight to the aftermath in her experience, so flirting with the Amalgam may be some good training in seduction

"Oh, of course its a pleasure to work with someone as beautiful as I am...but I must say..." The Amalgam said, slinking up next to the scaly assassin.

"Anyone who thinks you are not a gorgeous little morsel deserves to have their lungs pulled out...and their corpsed danced upon with wooden clogs." the Sith purred.

(Cutaway of Morgan Freeman sitting by an elegant fireplace)

(Morgan Freeman: I'd watch the &^%$ out if I were you Draco. Her charisma stat's maxed at 10.)

"We have a lot of planning...tell me, Draco..." The Amalgam said in a low purr, slinking a little closer.

"Would you like to learn more of the Dark Side?" The Amalgam asked. "I can feel it in you...as surely as you can feel it in me."

(Morgan Freeman: Draco Miles Draco Miles , I'm serious! Watch out for that charisma stat! She's already going for the damned double entendres!)

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
Damn, too sassy… she had to stop herself from cracking a smile at the Amalgam’s response. It was funny, she almost instantly came up with that little quip, and under different circumstances it would’ve made Draco giggle. Of course though this feeling quickly went out the window as she talked about brutally torturing someone for their preferences… Sheesh.

She didn’t mind how close the Amalgam was getting, but she kept her guard raised a little higher, trying to read on when the Sith matriarch would attack. Her hand twitching slightly at her hip as she watched and listened, listened to her offer of learning more on the Dark Side

“Th-Thank you, Master… I would love to take you up on that offer… what do you have in mind on teaching? Alchemy perhaps? I am already quite adept when it comes to the combat aspect of the Dark Side.”

Words had trouble coming out of her mouth, worry and embarrassment, the compliments flustering her as they indeed embedded themselves into her mind and got strengthened by the Amalgam’s more seductive nature

"Well...since you mentioned it... let's go with a little Sith Alchemy for the moment..." The Amalgam said in a breathy voice to Draco Miles Draco Miles , enjoying the effect she had on her.

"Tell me, you azure goddess, how much do you know of it, what it entails? Alchemy is one of the purest manifestations of the Dark Side's will. To make the material universe it's conduit for miracles. Combat will take you far, but your ability to destroy with an item laced with the darkness can be far more terrible than any Lightsaber. To warp the material with the darkness is a sign of true power and skill. Just look at me. My body is...perfected by it..." The Amalgam emphasized, hoping Draco was getting an eye full of her flesh colored, skin tight catsuit.

"Or perhaps something more esoteric is up your alley..."

That statement could be taken multiple ways...

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
Maybe coming here was a bad idea… The Amalgam The Amalgam ’s silky words ensnared Draco in her web of seduction. The compliments and flirting messing with her mind far too much to truly set up any coherent thoughts. She had to stay focused on her master, she had to stay focused on the Countess… but staring at what was essentially a nude woman with a body perfected by Sith alchemy proved far too much to resist. Her thoughts muddled together and soon she was melting in her touch.

“E-Esoteric, master…?”

She said with slight confusion, leaning a little more into The Amalgam and even wrapping an arm around the cult leader just to get a little closer to her. So many ways to interpret those words, yet all the ones that came to Draco’s mind were far from appropriate

The Amalgam smiled as the arm of Draco Miles Draco Miles wrapped around her impulsively. Unlike Draco, who had a bunch of words at this moment that would instantly make a censor turn beet red in frothing rage at the very thought of them being said out loud, only three words went across Amy's mind.

Speech. Check. Passed.

"Oh yes dear Draco..." the Amlagam replied in a silken purr, drawing further into Draco's arms. "VERY Esoteric..."

The Amlagam ran a finger against Draco's chin.

"Little things...that require privacy...and time. Lots..." The Amalgam trailed, silken purr turning to quiet, burning lust.

The Amalgam whispered into Draco's ear.

"And lots of it..."

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
Haha panik. On one hand, the speech check was certainly passed, Draco was getting wrapped around the Amalgam’s fingers… but at the same time, Draco knew this. She knew this snake’s tongue was silver and tantalizing her, but should she really do anything about it? The prospects The Amalgam The Amalgam was proposing, and that silky smooth voice, sent shivers down her spine. It made her brain murky, and had her fall deeper down the rabbit hole, ensnaring herself more in this spider’s web

She stammered as she spoke

“I-I… master, is… that appropriate? I don’t think we…”

Of course most likely she’d be told to get her head out of the gutter, but it was hard to really see what else it was insinuating.

"Appropriate, Shmopriate..." The Amalgam replied teasingly. "It works on passion, my dear..."

The Amalgam tilted the head of Draco Miles Draco Miles up to her purple eyes. A dark hunger, an urge coursed through that violet gaze, The Amalgam drawing closer to Draco's grasp. What the Amalgam wanted to do...and have done to her in turn, was plain as day.

"By the way... that's an invitation to kiss me, you ocean skinned temptress..."

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
This was not right… she shouldn’t be doing this, her master warned of the tricks The Amalgam The Amalgam would play, but the witch had far too much Rizz to be resisted.

Draco gave into temptation, the compliment she gave unlocking the last bit of restraint she had before indulging herself and her nature. She hugged the Amalgam loosely around her waist, pulling as close as she could with her armor on before kissing the leader of this sadistic cult, falling under her manipulation in an unholy, and passionate, display. She held herself there for as long as she could get, even going a little more intimate beyond lips pressing together

As Draco Miles Draco Miles kissed her, The Amalgam started to hear saxophone music play OOC.

But the Amalgam was a master seducer, and they were here to seize a space station. Still, she made out with her a little more, not just because Draco was hot in a sci fi kind of way, but because she knew it would piss Arianna off when she found out, and The Amalgam was a massive Troll.

Eventually she pulled back at a comfortable point.

"Draco..." The Amalgam said, mind and form vanishing into that of the red headed, exotic faced Darth Phyre.

"How would you like to learn Pyrokinesis?"

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
Hot and steamy indeed… how would Arianna react? Draco was unprepared for this mission, this infiltration of the Brain Cult’s temple, and had fallen right into this Black Widow’s trap. She watched as she shifted, much like how her master did, and assumed it was of similar circumstances.

“Y-Yes, Master, I’d love to be taught pyrokinesis.”

Darth Phyre smiled as Draco Miles Draco Miles agreed to be taught the art.

"The first thing you learn, is that emotion, strong emotion, is the best fuel...but requires the greatest of control..." Phyre explained, conjuring a ball of red flames that hovered above her hand.

"It's one of the purest expressions of the Dark Side." she continued, swirling it around her arms and legs, letting little wisps of red flame form a halo around Draco's head before dissipating it.

"Go ahead...try conjuring a small gnat's heads worth." Phyre encouraged. "You oughta have plenty of fuel by this point, certainly..."

Phyre stood back a good distance to give Draco a solid try at it...

Slightly Paranoid Apprentice
A similar issue may arise from this, she remembered how she first trained with Arianna, where her technique was unrefined, and uncontrollable. She was most certainly worried about the form her fire would take should she pour too much emotion into it, so before she began, she looked around for a source of water and feeling it through the force before reaching out into the force once more, pouring her sudden lust and arousal into the conjuring of flames.

lo and behold, a mistake. The flame she conjured was bright, a massive fiery orange that burst like an explosion and completely engulfed poor Draco in flames, like she had become the human torch. Luckily her armor was rated for much more intense forms of heat, so she was able to keep herself from cooking by surrounding herself with water

She understood The Amalgam The Amalgam meant no harm with this learning experience, but it would be interesting to see how one of her ‘masters’ would react to their disciple being completely engulfed in flames, just a quick thought, but nothing caused intentionally
