The criminal known only as Zeraph has been seen to be very athletic: running for long distances, picking grown adults over his head, and even shows signs of extreme agility. This is possibly due to past military training though no evidence can be presented to make this concrete. Zeraph shows signs of high intelligence, shown by his ability to apply his skills efficiently and the notion that he speaks many languages. Signs of mental damage is apparent, Zeraph has been seen talking to himself about random things not related to jobs he has taken, such subjects usually include what he wants for dinner, comments on his surrounding area, and even just talking about his day.
Considered highly dangerous, Zeraph has killed over 100 people in his short career as a criminal, these deaths go as far as from bounties collected all the way to random acts of murder for no apparent reason. It should be known that Zeraph is not to be trusted, many times as this man stabbed colleges in the back in the middle of a job due to greed and or the simple fact he did not like who he was working with. He had been known to collect his money, or various other rewards, then kill his employer for the sake of making even more money from another source. Much can be read about this man by simply paying attention to the man's body language, he is easy to read as far as his current mood is concerned.
APPEARANCE: Zeraph's appearance is unknown with only rumors to go off of. It is known he stands tall, six feet tall in fact, and is most likely muscular in body structure as he weighs in little over two-hundred pounds. He is known to have a confidence shown in his gait, and proper posture which is considered strange for this man. Always seen wearing a leather jacket over light body armor and a red mask/helmet.
BIOGRAPHY:
Rumors have it in the Underworld of the galaxy that Zeraph is Dar'Manda, meaning a member of the Mandalorian Clans removed for some reason or another. In this case, the reason being murder of a fellow clan member in a drunken fit, though this rumor could be bogus due to the name of the clan never been given in this rumor's spread. It is most likely that Zeraph was born into the dark criminal world, having a merc for a father, and possibly a smuggler for a mother. Reports and files can show that a similar criminal by the name of August Ronan, aka Seraph, has interacted with the nearly the same people this Zeraph character has. Like father, like son.

Nice call detective, you're not too far off with your own notion. Zeraph did in fact grow up with a smuggler as a mother, but his father, well he was apart of the CSF. The two were divorced because of obvious reasons, and his father let the smuggler take his child away. Something about guilt and shame? Real winner that guy. Anyways, most of those crimes you have under Zeraph's dossier, he never even committed. Sure, he was there, but he didn't do them. Actually, he was usually too late to get there, and the criminal had already committed the crime. Zeraph's answer? Well he shot them, then went after their boss, and shot them. Sure, he's killed people, but nobody who was innocent.
Unfortunately, this is all I know about Zeraph, see I am his handler, but what I do know is that he's actually a pretty good guy. Never shuts up though. He's more so a vigilante than he is a criminal, though I guess you dont see a difference. I don't know why, but he has a strong sense of justice, he's just..brutal about it.
