MANDALORE EIGHT YEARS AGO
Aaron was pushed against a wall before feeling a fist launch it's way into his stomach, the ten year old boy dropped to the ground gasping for air. The group of boys continued to go to work, kicking and punching his already bruised and bloodied body. When the boys finally finished, one of them spit on him "Fething Coward." The boy said. All Aaron could do was sit there for a few minutes. He didn't know why he got the crap beaten out of him, maybe it was because he kept to himself or it was because he hadn't really learned how to fight well. The boy would slowly sit up, blood ran from his nose, cuts on his lips and bruises on his face were very apparent. Aaron then rose from the ground feeling a shot of pain as he got up. He would hold his side as he began to make his way out of the Alleyway.
His parents had told him to go to the park and wait for a man who would be his teacher in their history...their culture...he was supposed to go straight to the park, but he decided to take a different way. Cutting through an alley, obviously the wrong move because a group of kids had cornered him, the truth was, his parents were scholars...they weren't ones for fighting so they didn't embrace what most other Mandolorian citizens embraced. Honestly he didn't really care for all the texts and things his parents read, he wanted to learn more about his people's culture. The ten year old would make his way to the park, various citizens stared at the boy's injured face.
He made his way to an empty bench and sat down, he would slowly wipe away some of the blood on his face, wincing as he touched his bruise. He would look around and wonder who his teacher was. His parents didn't specify who he was meeting, or what the man would do in detail.
