Rationale: Rent to own leased space by the port authority of Abregado-rae. A small nest-egg got him started, and the proceeds from his diner (and some donations) allow him to meet the payments.

Description:
Off the river-side of one of the many canals that swept through Old Patch, Do or Dine sits reserved at an intersection of two bypasses collecting it's share of foot-traffic. The meager outside seeming to be made out of an Adobe like substance to weather the climate shifts, a long transparisteel window that stretched from the doorway to the left corner of the building. The right side featured several view ports of the same material with shade controls on each as well as the larger window.
Inside an angled view of the establishment showed a slate grey counter-top with red trim and matching stools even spaced to the left, while the right featuredsix round tables with four chairs at each. For each port window, there rested a both accommodating four average sized life-forms of the same color. A tiled floor with speckled paint dominated the floor-plan even so far as behind the counter and into the kitchen. A single staircase in the kitchen led to the meager apartment above the diner.
The diner features many classic dishes as well as some odds and ends that Fray can come up with. Recipes that he'd gotten from his mother years before leaving the estate on Tyer. Some faux art hangs on the wall here and there, as well as a few holo-screens that boasted displays of holo-net news and other information in this sector of the galaxy. Currently Fray has one short-order cook and three others for the wait staff for a small family to run the place. Hours of operation give everyone two days off working ten hour shifts.
