The dead planet. This desert planet was so dry, so hot, it made Tatooine look like a tropical oasis. To get lost was a death sentence. No way to find water, no way to get food. There was nothing but the hot sand outside of the few, few towns on its surface. At first, Krest hadn't believed the tales. He had practically grown up on Tatooine, and he could not think of a single place short of Mustafaar to be hotter. And he was proven wrong very quickly. Like a fool he had wandered out into the desert, thinking that he would be find in the sandy wastes. The Zabrak knew how to find water when he needed it on his homeworld, so why would this be any different? Sure, the locals warned him not to, but the Templar had business here. There was an artifact he wanted to find deep in the wastes. Unfortunately, it took until Krest was lost to realize how large of a mistake he had made. Wandering in the sandy wastelands with hardly enough water to survive the Templar went, realization that his brashness may have just ended him.
"Well this figures. I spend my life on a desert planet, only to be killed by one with a far worse temperature gauge than I thought possible." His voice called out to no one in particular. He knew he was screwed, possibly dead given how far civilization seemed to be. Now Krest could only groan from his red lips, bundled up tight in his leather outfit. At least the leather and cloth kept the heat from being as bad as it could have been. And kept his red skin from being as cut up from the sand as it could have been.
With a not so resounding plop the Zabrak fell into a seated position, just resting on the sand. He had been walking for hours to no avail, and things didn't look so good. Maybe he really should have rented that speeder. A dry chuckle escaped the man as he brought up the last water skin he had, and quickly he drained the liquid. It wasn't that he was careless, but there was hardly enough water left to be considered an actual drink. Another groan filled the air as Krest laid back in the sand, just staring up at the sky. Not a single cloud in sight.
"Seems I'm gonna die, huh."
