Chaos in a Bottle
Agents of Chaos includes many different individuals who seem to come from a variety of places and backgrounds. At the head of the organization stands a woman seen by all, but known by nearly none – Discordia. Offering no name, the woman has no digital footprint prior to the construction of the Scintila, and has never been seen outside of it since.
Many of the inhabitants of Eve – the only city in Scintilla that is currently constructed – have sworn up and down that they have seen her in the flesh; walking down the street, purchasing a loaf of bread, or simply sitting at a theater, watching a holomovie. Yet none can describe her facial features, nor can they remember what her voice sounded like, though many will insist that they had heard it.
Despite this, there are a handful of individuals that know her and have directly had contact with her – the division heads. While they lead and work, they are the ones carefully groomed and educated in what it means to be an Agent of Chaos.
